Pakistan Quake One Year Ago

October 8th 2005, changed Pakistan forever, at precisely 08:50:38 a massive earthquake struck the northern areas of Pakistan which devastated the entire country over 80,000 lives perished in a blink of an eye, thousands were displaced resulting in millions of dollars in damage. The entire country joined hands in unison to help the suffering, but even more needs to be done.

In an effort to raise awareness for the victims of the Earthquake in Pakistan we propose to launch a Blog Day, requesting all bloggers to make a post about the earthquake which struck our country one year back by actually asking yourself

HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN?

When making that specific post we ask you to do is provide a track-back to the Help-Pakistan.com Blog Post using this specific URL this will allow us to keep track of everyone who has NOT forgotten.the Earthquake in Pakistan

i wasnt in pakistan when the earthquake struck. it pained me a lot when i heard about it. we did our bit to raise money for the earthquake victims by going on a sponsored walk which raise 20k pounds for an earthquake specific charity. i havent forgotten and will write about it in my blog.

How can one being a devoted Pakistani forget the worst natural disaster in the history of this country.
On this date, lets make a resolution to do put in a little effort to make the lives of our country-men better.

how can any person ,who has a heart, forget this great tragedy happens to our brothers & sister but at the same time i’m even more shook by the sickening behaviour of the army officials, the government. No heart for even your OWN people? That’s disgusting. I was already aware or the corruption that was taking place using the excuse of the earthquake, Screw the government, we need to get our own charity workers up there, otherwise another winter,,greater mortality.

May Allah give sabr to person who are affecte of this Earth Quake!!
