This is a video of Rep Tim Ryan (D-Ohio) who spoke to the congress a few months back, its interesting to see him eloquently voice his frustration at the way George Bush continues to give the American people the roller coaster ride of their life.

Five hundred and fourty million how about 600 million and you give me half of the difference of that. Wait how about 700 million and I’ll vote democrat for the rest of my life. Just wire me the money and quit trolling my policy which is none of you business.
