This week, Asian Broadcasting Network (website blocked from Pakistan) interviewed two icons of the South Asian media. The first interview is of Mr. Ameen Sayani, a renowned Indian Music Presenter of the famed “Geet Mala”.
This interview was followed by an exclusive Interview of Dr.Shahid Masood, renowned TV journalist , views and news fame, Meray Mutabiq which was his first interview after the closure of GEO TV and of course his show. and it seems he did his show Meray Mutabiq on Radio

Can you please tell us any update on Dr. Shahid Masood. Is he OK. we are very worried about him.
Hamid meer is back on capital talk but shahid masood is still missing.

I am also worried about Dr. Shahid Masood. Is he present in Judges Colony? Every body is back but i am missing Dr. Shahid Masood.
Myself and my wife usedto love his show,whether it was onRY or at Geo. We are terribly missing him. Over a month back there was a footage saying that he will be appearing shortly on Geo’s Mere Mutabq show, but so far we have heard nothing about him. Does’t Geo has the courage to bring him back? All the “undesirable anchors” have come back except Dr. Shahis Masood. Is there any way I can have his email address and get in touch with him?

Dr. Shahid Masood Will be back
A new cold war has started between the East and West. The rapid political changes occurring in Eastern Europe and Central Asia are part of this arrangement and will end up in a big confrontation in future as attempts will be made to gain control over natural resources.
This is the topic of the research thesis of Dr Shahid Masood of Geo TV. The senior political and strategic analyst and anchorperson of the popular programme Meray Mutaabiq, Dr Shahid Masood is currently presenting this thesis at the oldest institution of international relations The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in the United States.
Soon after joining Geo TV, Dr Shahid Masood started his post-graduate studies in International Relations and Strategic Studies last year, which is in its final stages. Dr Shahid Masood will be the only Pakistani medical graduate who, after completing his postgraduation in surgery, is now doing his post-graduation in International Relations and Strategic Studies. The most prestigious university of the United States the Harvard University, has also offered him a fellowship.
Earlier, Dr Shahid Masood also spoke at the National Defence University, Washington, against the United Nations resolutions for sanctions on Iran and the restrictions imposed on that country.
Dr Shahid Masood will also deliver lectures at different institutes and address the Pakistani community in a number of US cities. Geo TV will begin the telecast of the popular programme Meray Mutaabiq after Dr Shahid Masood returns to Pakistan.

JUST YO KEEP THE RECORD STRAIGHT AND CORRECT, DR SHAHID MASOOD IS NOT A SURGEON HE DID HIS PRELIMINARIES IN JPMC( JINNAH POSTGRADUATE MEDICAL CENTRE KARACHI)AND WAS WORKING THERE AS A MEDICAL OFFICER.YES HE IS A DOCTOR SO HE IS IS NOT A QUALIFIED SURGEON.I CAN SAY THAT WITH CONVICTION COZ I WAS WORKING THERE AS A SURGEON WHEN HE WAS A MEDICAL OFFICER AND THEN HE LEFT THE INSTITUTE.
Latest news he just sign a deal with Musharaf and become MD for Pakistan TV.
I am sorry for this loss to Pakistan.
