    I am no doctor but skul fracture is internal injury and normaly in internal injury there is no loss of blood externally everything happens inside.
    Then why there is blood on seat?

    Frame 4 of the Hamara Karachi exclusive either has a significant red artifact (possible) or there is already blood on the edge of the sunroof before the bomb goes off.
    Better picture would be a big help.

    The Skull fracture is on the left hand side and the explosion also took place from the left side as seen in exclusive pictures . Howcome a shockwave cause the fracture from left hand side of the skull while the blast also shown from the lefthandside… ?
