NRO Order, CJ Or 18th Amendment

Guest blog by Barrister Amjad Malik

16 December 2010 Supreme Court order on NRO (National Reconciliation Ordinance) has shattered the ruling govt which was standing on the 4 pillars of this barter orchestrated by military & Pentagon , USA &UK and (PPP) Pak people party leadership which is clutching and hanging on to a straw now. Instead of whole heartedly, understanding the tenacity of situation and implementing the order by realigning politically based on reality, the leadership went for hit and run ditto of their predecessor General Musharraf who sacked the chief justice who was considering a petition on his Presidential election in military uniform.

Same is the case with PPP govt which is willing to lock horns with the judiciary and is willing to wipe out the whole political democratic dispensation if the buck comes to shove and the issue comes to their govt’s fall. They do not wish to leave as corrupt but be drummed out with a bang as victims and history tells victims reappear in Pakistani politics. Govt is in between rock and a hard place, either to digest, accept and implement the order of 17 superior court judges and sack a few loyalists who are wanted by NAB enquiry or stall the matter, seek refuge under political dispensation and chalk out a settlement with its foes and get the gunners out of the ring, though a wishful thinking devoid of public sentiments.

Chief Justice is losing patience and role of military establishment will be very crucial who will ultimately decide in a situation where court orders are stalled by politicians putting institutions at risk of collapse. People have seen such situations in the past. Vibrant media and pro active judiciary with civil society and loaded lawyers are not going to allow a political slaughter of judiciary especially in a situation where army is stretched and wishes to wait and see from the back room. Public mood will be very important as to which way the tide turns. 18th amendment will give an opportunity of a necessary barter to those who have received a yellow card but still there is no concrete results in the offing and any once issue my act as a stumbling block in the talks and constitutional amendment remains a matter of academic exercise.

Judiciary however, has suffered due to lack of compliance on their orders and no apparent explanation and or reasons and if they remain patient and did not enquire sooner as to steps towards implementation then all orders will start meeting the same fate, non compliance by default.
If judicial decision are delayed in such a way that it frustrate the ultimate goal of justice than that ‘delay means defeating the justice’ and that what exactly is happening in Pakistan. Several petitions are coming before the top judges for action than sombre quietness but I must say that CJ must be mindful as those under his sword may like to offer a sacrifice to his political opponents to effect a settlement and in such a situation one judge may become a victim of circumstances and General Musharraf’s establishment will be very pleased if that stage arrives as they will kill two birds with one stone, revenge and retribution. Time is of the essence and smooth running of the institutions is dependent on fair and impartial judicial decisions, where government is accountable to parliament and good governance remains a hall mark of the executive which is so far missing in this equation.

Whether order of the court is implemented, or political settlement change the goal post before judges strike down the corrupt ministers with the ink of their pen will be seen in a few months but one thing is sure that spectacle will be interesting, and bloody. Stubbornness of some has brought the system to a near collapse and looking at public anger, frustration due to shortage of food, gas and electricity, I think govt is sitting on a pylon where there is a little margin of error between implementation of the order and erecting a timely political settlement through 18th amendment. Any indirect effort to oust the top judge out of the ring will meet with a bad luck and a price so do or die is a must spectacle.

  3. "this barter orchestrated by military & Pentagon , USA &UK . ."

Excuse me but when was the last time there had been an honest opinion poll (election) on what people want? There is always a decision regarding the shape of new gov in Pindi before even the election campaign starts. Everyone knows it.

ye election vilection ka tamasha to aap logun ki "entertainment" ke liye hota hai . .

Like, Hassan Nisar says, jo qoam 1000 saal se zehni or jismani gulaam mei ho usko kia pata ki "OPINION" hota kia hai

First we need to mobilize people about their right and the importance of democracy (the real one, not this monkey show) , only then people will have a desire to understand the power of the vote, once they understand it, then they will use it as a weapon i.e Fire the corrupt out of the arena

The sort of circus we have at hand, people vote on the basis of sect, ethnicity, biraadri etc. . They have freaking no idea the one vote they are holding in their hands is more lethal than one bullet in chamber.

[ . . and role of military establishment will be very crucial who will ultimately decide . . ]

    lo jee

When Pindi POWER has to ultimately decide, why we fool each other by the term "democracy". Someone in media should start writing now in newspaper as to why the HECK the 111 jumps in and poke its nose in civilian matters. It is ironic that whenever COAS jumps in, instead of criticizing, the whole media seems to thank him for a solution, which in true sense is an INTERVENTION in civilian matters. Let the civilians fight like dogs, and let the nation decide itself. Why get wounded again and again, let events decide once for all. The fact is, being weak in our true patriotic sense (unlike the cosmetic patriotic glorification of zaid hamid and Ahmed Qureshi typoz in which we are experts) , we PAK are afraid ki kahin PAK break na ho jaai lolz , such cowards we are because we are more loyal to our sindhi, punjabi, balochi, pushto identities than PAK identity ( the proof of which being we vote the thieves even though we know they are not for our service ).

Also conveniently forgotten by the "BARRISTER SAHAB" is the fact that many Pakistanis are in US Custody and their case is pending in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Please define wouldn't the meeting of CJ with a key US Figure jeopardize [or already jeopardized the case] and compromised the pending case.

Perhaps the real question I should ask is, why do I even care? When I took time off from Harvard to be part of the lawyers’ movement I had seen a ray of hope. There were concerned citizens and lawyers who stood for what was right, no matter what the consequences. We fought for a principle and won, with the hope that things will slowly improve. Today the very judges we had faith in released the Lal Masjid cleric whose crimes everyone knows about. If the judiciary was going to release people whose crimes were recorded on TV, perhaps it does explain why the Taliban are growing popular. Having said that, rays of hope like Afzal Khan Lala, who has refused to move from Swat while he is alive, appear every now and then. However, he stands alone in facing the storm. Other than Ayaz Amir, not a single Pakistani leader has spoken out against the Taliban. Will the real leader who can get rid of these monsters stand up, please? Imran Khan? Qazi? Nawaz Sharif? This silence is criminal! The Taliban are here By Samad Khurram http://www.thenews.com.pk/editorial_detail.asp?id

I have got come pieces from your blog

    you say

I wonder why didn't any of the Prominent American Member from the same Harvard Law School did raise any voice against the ongoing violation of Pakistan's Air Space by their country i.e. USA and that too because they had invited our CJ for offering him Award of Harvard Law School Medal of Freedom.

You are once part of this system and you know complicity and maintainability of job in our extremely corrupt system better than me.

so I am making little query for you which you should reply from the point of view of your working experience.

When samad khurrum did such a act of protest, he was an emotional students like ordinary citizens who were extremely hurt by such drone attacks.

Did Chief justice of Pakistan as an executive of Pakistan a country whom army and political leadership had already granted permission in forms of deals to US and NATO for such intrusions, has a right to record a protest on international forum like that against the wishes of his govt and military.

If I am not wrong it was same situation that whole country reacted on kerry Luger bill but political and military management was desperately yearning for it with some changed conditions. If your concerned authority is willing to all kinds of acts then any person who hold govt offices in any part of world can protest within its system but no way can show anger to foriegners.

That is why our all sharp and witty anchors were silent when Clinton simply told them that who are forcing you to accept this aide come and refuse it!!

So you know better than me that living and working within our eroded system is more difficult job than to live as outsider.

CJP was awarded like this when military govt is full in compliance with US govt and Musharraf was blue boy of US all in all.So do you think that Haravrd school has any link with CIA of offer mini bribe like that to CJP for shutting his voice.

When Sarmad did this act, in his school which is popular in Pindi for its strong link with military and specially Musharraf. At this occasion gen kiyani wife was sitting in audience along with wives of higher military authority, watched this scene. So He was applauded by large audience, Did it create any stir in military circle who is basically responsible of securing our borders and reason of granting permission of attacking of those predators against Pakistani citizens?

Do you deny that Musharraf regime has put us in whirl pool of wrong military deals with US govt. His direct deals of giving them armed and aerial bases has made our sovereignty at stake and if such kinds of protest was made like CJP, then he could have be charged on treason like accusation by military govt as they did to shiekh mujeeb and then bhutto.

Ch Iftikhar was a normal opportunist like lawyer who got this seat as per norms of our corrupt system.

But his realization of using his authority for the benefit of people of Pakistan and for supremacy of law is suspicious acts in front of people like you but actually he has started doing it.

I am also thankful to Allah that he realized his sins while he was on position a place ready to pay off and here thinking like that, one can bring enormous change overs for his country if he or she has will to serve .

The day heads of institutes would decide to bring the change in our typical system like him ,I think here would be turning point of our nation which is roaming here and there purposelessly.

I went through your enlightened complains about judiciary and media men like Talat.

As far as judiciary is concerned your charges are not up to standard for proving them any kind of guilty.

If we never mend our hopes with them or not support them at this time of chaos then where we should go for placing the foundation stone of accountability for corrupt leadership in all fields?

I know they are ignoring many crucial cases but they are in moving in snail pace due to limitation of their powers.

Target killings to particular people In Islamabad ,Karachi and Baluchistan like Gen alvi, Gen beig, Brig moeen, Ex attorney gen sardar khan,Bhutto and many more clearly showing the trend that army is not in mood of retrieving from power controlling to power sharing mode with all other pillars of state.

Gen kiiyani seems to look or being dramatize as true soldier but he is also cloned breed of US feed and he is smoothly continuing the mission of Musharraf as such with more modification for US interests. That is why Black water missionaries are now moving in free state in critical areas of Pakistan.

So in this harassed environment, these judges are providing us bleak hope of survivals and for securing this hope people like me are taking all kind of risks for some kind of honorable survival in coming days.

Same thing is for journalists like talat.

You have created a full column on his some figure mistakes and his working for US based news channels.

I am still unable what is criminal activity behind his mistake and past job?

US like super power attacked Iraq for search of Weapons of mass destruction and at the end of five year war they are apologizing the people for wrong intelligence.

Today Holland parliament was dissolved on issue of sending more troops to war areas which they first did wihtout hesitation.

So try to give space to people.

Practical people are always vulnerable to mistakes and errors while working round the clock.Only idle man cant do mistakes as he never does any thing new which always have margins of failures other than routine jobs .

You are forgetting daring coverage of Talat e during swat operation where he had proved with facts that all leadership of Taliban of swat were local people who were picked /trained and then armed for specific purpose.

You have over looked his coverage on 12 May incident and Peshawar blast and many many more.

Like you I have many bitter stories of corruption and wrong deal which I am directly hearing from departments and unlike you I feel no hesitation of showing to public through such forums wihtout evidences You know here in our system now our state all crimes and criminals first give legal protection to their planned crimes and then go for it to trick the media and other accountability departments.

We can only discuss it on moral grounds and can easily prove that how much obstinate and unethical modes are being adopted by our management for showing them free of guilt.

    then try to read

SC Rejects Govt Report on Missing Persons’ Case

Now come to real situation in Pakistan we all know that in this case SC and military Establishment which is behaving like mafia for last 20 years has come to face to face.

Now compare the tilt of power between two institutes of state

Do you agree that there is no match between the two in reality? We are not taking the situation on theoretical and principal basis as we both know the ground reality.

Things are not as simple as we are looking.

Hidden controllers only need one suicidal bomber and name of one hit list Taliban leader who would be declared as reason of attack to anybody any where in Pakistan.

by Nazia on Feb 21, 2010 at 3:53 am

  17. Mughal

You are not equating the situation as per my comparison. What ever CJP said during his suspension time while moving in bars and local courts, he never used such tone in his foreign trips for keeping the dignity and honor of state and state officials.

Remember at one moments before 911 Clinton visited Pakistan for few hours and in this period he strictly followed US principle that he wouldn't shake hand and greet a military dictator so our cute president Rafiq tarar was picked to have sterilized shake hand with him and he had given no lift to even Musharraf.

After 911 all US principles took 180 turn and they not only given big hug to General Musharraf, they even invited him in white house as high profile dignitary.

So if developed and democratic countries can take such U turns then why it cant happen in our side with few people.

You say that murder victim has also guilt but cant escape from punishment like that.

The murder victim can get pardon through qasas and Diyat law and also consent from bereaved family can give them relief .

President can also pardon his death penalty on special request or on humanitarian basis.

In my country the victim of rape need a so called four adult and mature witness who watch this crime as whole scene.

Do you think that such mature adults can be eunuchs of society in front of them a heinous crime is doing and they are watching to become witness in state courts.

So you see lots of benefit of doubt are available for crime and mistakes.

I observe that The term benefit of Doubt is missing in your working dictionary.

  24. All this show-baazi and verbiage about feats of CJ and his proactive judiciary aside, he seems to have forgotten about Mukhtaran Mai's case. In my view, this is a litmus test to judge the delivery of justice by the SC under Iftikhar and his 'jaan-nisaars', especially Ehtizaz Ahsan.

To recall: Mukhtaran Mai's case was decided last over three years ago by Multan Bench of Lahore High Court. The CJ, however, suspended, suo mottu, the decision of the HC and took over the case himself, but seems to have forgotten about it, just to place it in limbo perhaps. Why? Perhaps because the case has become a sort of a scam, decision on which cannot but go against the 'aspirations' of the 'awwaam' and the NGO fraud, which the CJ can hardly afford at this stage.

by readinglord on Feb 22, 2010 at 9:49 am

  25. How Mai’s case in Supreme court stands now? Can any body tell me? Mai herself seems to have lost interest in her case after her marriage with Gabol. But what about the accused poor Mastoies who are still languishing in the jail perhaps as they could not be bailed out even? What a justice it is? Where are the NGOs, the media and the satanic Kristofer? Should we wait for the Taliban to come and provide justice to the male gender? Isn’t it shameful for the CJ also who capped this case with his suo motu martial law?

My point is that the world at large, especially the West and the urban media, cannot understand the rural tribal culture under feudal set-up in Punjab. Just see Mais recent marriage. She has, as they say in Punjabi, bhari manji te dhathi ey (She has fallen on already a full bed) as she has married a man who is already married having a full family, a wife and a number of children. And what an excuse she gives for it for marrying a man who threatens to divorce his first wife and to commit suicide (As he is actually stated to have attempted) if Mai does not marry him. Since she has been made an icon by the media what moral and cultural signal she is conveying to the society at large by creating such a fuss.

  27. Mughal

your plea is genuine but close to idealistic approach.

We have to give way to these faulty people who are on driving seat of national drives.

No sufi and saint can go to top level of governance in the presence of injustice and morally weak concepts of rulers.

So either wait for bloody revolution while sitting in front of computer or encourage those weak characters for their little acts of bravery against typical but more powerful establishments.

by Nazia on Feb 22, 2010 at 5:05 pm

  28. Both displeased wife and chronic bachelors have same approach regarding suspicious attitude, demand of perfectionism from others. too much idealistic that is not possible in ideal world and all time inquiries for each daily acts.

Any how this things make you and people around you very uncomfortable and because human behavior is all time exposed to mistakes and faults.

Please dont match me with abnormnal personlity of Ayatullah Sadeq Khalkhali.if I am not wrong he was shia cleric of Khomeni govt who was responsible of mass murders of his opponents. His khalkhali is awarded to him due to his extreme religious craziness. What a personality you dig out for presenting my personality?

Did I ever praise of Talat you Lord Farquaad on moral ground.

You know this trend of eliminating people from job is one of curse of our system. Each professional head want to bring his team before occupying any professional challenge.I am no way justifying his unethical behavior but in this act AAJ management was also responsible for such inhumane attitude as per deal of improving the standard of their channel.

As he was successful in elevating the standard of Aaj in national network where flood of channels has come and Aaj maintained it own standard. That is why his this action was not backfired by the same management.

Last year when I come back to Pakistan after few years I felt this attitude badly in some semi govt organization who fired professional and specially the lower staff for bringing opportunity to their people on the basis of friendship and even caste too.

I got the data and related it to the terrorism activities which were going on in Isl/pindi area on daily basis. For this purpose I met to HR managers of few company to stop the shedding of people mostly among them belong to northern side of Paksitan.

I clearly proved thru examples that there such acts are contributing oil to this fire of terrorism as hungry man is the best law breaker and can be terrorist of soil.

But no body was interested on such realities .They always look to their bosses for this yes sir polciy of pleasing.

So noway I can justify such acts of people but Talat has a good professional approach and he has made this repute. We must ignore his some deficiencies as past mistakes as he might learn something more.

    ========================

When did the Judge take strong stand against the Military????

    To refresh memory:

That was the mother of all sins. So how strange and dripping with irony this omission: about that seminal event, which set in train all the sorrows the nation was to reap thereafter, their lordships in their “historic” judgment have nothing to say. For this of course we must understand the problems of the past. For in 2000, a few months after the mother of all sins, when this matter came before the then Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Irshad Hasan Khan, the nation witnessed another of those electrifying performances which have made “the doctrine of necessity” so famous in our land, the Supreme Court validating Musharraf’s coup and, what’s more, allowing him a grace period of three years to hold elections. In its generosity, it also gave Musharraf the authority to amend the Constitution for purposes of holding elections. So just as the Anwarul Haq Supreme Court gave a clean chit to General Ziaul Haq’s coup of 1977, another Supreme Court signed a papal bull conferring legitimacy on another illegitimate offspring of our political adventures. Now for an inconvenient fact. On the bench headed by Chief Justice Irshad Hasan Khan there sat an up-and-coming jurist, stern of eye and distinguished of look, by the name of Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. Yes, he was among the illustrious upholders of the law and the Constitution who bathed Musharraf and his generals in holy water. —- Talking of Musharraf’s military rule, what was the role of our present lordships when Triple One Brigade, our highest constitutional authority, reinterpreted the Constitution once again on the long afternoon of Oct 12, 1999? A few judges — Chief Justice Saiduzzaman Siddiqui comes to mind — did not take oath under the Provisional Constitution Order (PCO) issued two months later. But if imperfect memory serves, all of their present lordships, at one time or the other, took oath under the PCO. Not only that, some of them were on the bench which validated Musharraf’s takeover. A few, including My Lord the Chief Justice, were on the bench which validated Musharraf’s takeover for the second time in the Zafar Ali Shah case (2005). Of course, we must let bygones be bygones and deal with the present. But then this principle should be for everyone. We should not be raising monuments to selective memory or selective condemnation. If the PCO of 2007 was such a bad idea, in what category should we place the PCO of 2000? And if in this Turkish bath all are like the emperor without his clothes, the least this should inculcate is a sense of humility. REFERENCE: Writing of history or triumph of amnesia? If I will stick my life in refreshing bitter memory then there is no need of think of any change which we are naming as soft revolution.

There is no other institute or group whom we can trust for bringing change under power of law except of of judiciary there. Our politics has been badly trapped between zardaris and sharif personalities and both are behaving like WWF wrestlers in which both are committed to their turns only.Rest of politics of other areas are vanishing under terrorism threats.

Military is as usual more committed to US interests and if time is left they focus their interest on creating ways for grabbing national wealth and assets under their control.

So against all odds only judiciary is showing little resistance.

You can imagine this scene as some person in Alto is trying to cover its mileage in highway as per security and safety laws but contrary to this our military tank which is all time use to of coming from opposite side of highway is ready for creating Head on collision with this alto.

Political groups are placing unwanted barriers in this highway in which our alto is trying to drive carefully to avoid a tank and other hurdles..

You again quoted a latest updates of code of ethics presented by judiciary.

Lets make one thing clear that SC is the only one in Pakistan that is pursuing this case along with some daring lawyers.
You have already given proof through your links to my above statement .
Now I need your professional view on the real story behind missing people.
I have met the ladies of few missing men.
the things common I noted among all are.
They look like relating to some religious group or strong religious affiliation was clearly dominating in their life styles as compared to normal urban people of Pakistan.
Most of ladies are extra ordinary humble and looks very innocent as they were completely unaware that what was assignment of these men before kidnapping by agency.
They were not clear the exact reason of income of these men.
Only two ladies were sure that their sons were missing as they had an affairs with daughters of a senior army officer and one with feudal lord of Punjab. They were sure that their sons belong to lower class so these two tycoons vanished them for saving the honor of their high profile family like that.
So rest of them whom I met, I strongly felt but not sure that those missing people somehow helped army and CIA directly or in directly in Afghan wars and deals in drug trade.
So when army as per US polices retrieved back from their backup stance for afghani warriors which was continued for last many years, these people couldnt do so and keep in touch or helping the same group on the basis of long time working associating with them.
I think it is not matter of American interest only in this case but local revenge of strong characters of state is also hidden behind this crime.
If you go through following link , you don’t think that history is repeating in our system.Once in south and now in northern side and we common citizens are being victimized again and again through leadership and mangers of state.

    Dear Ms. Nazia,

Any Professional Spy would justify these kidnapping in the name of National Interest but if you are talking of Law then no matter who and belong to which? Her/She must be produced before the court of Law with proper case record and investigation not with some wild "Intelligence Report" which is not an evidence until and unless supported by Strong and Incriminating Evidence. In many such cases people [Intelligence Officers/Agencies] always fix their personal score or to show some progress they also tamper with evidence to falsely implicate somebody for the crimes which is not committed.

NAZIA: was clearly dominating in their life styles as compared to normal urban people of Pakistan.

Would you please define "Urban Normal People" because Pakistan is a Rural and Agricultural Society [Pakistan owes big chunk of Foreign Exchange because of Cash Crops like Cotton, Rice and Fruits] and these are produced in Rural Areas of Pakistan not in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad. Rather your statement is generalization.

NAZIA: Most of ladies are extra ordinary humble and looks very innocent as they were completely unaware that what was assignment of these men before kidnapping by agency.

Again, the question is what were the Agencies doing when "these men" were being assigned for nefarious agenda and let me answer this "Distributing Mehran Bank Money" and creating rifts in Political Parties [Political Cells should abolished from every Agency].

Any Professional Spy would justify these kidnapping in the name of National Interest .

You are forcing me to tell you some national interests of our officials through personal information..

Last month I was looking for some timber dealers for good quality wood.I went one of shop in I/10 warehouse. When I entered the shop the person looking owner of shop gave me welcome smile but within moments after seeing the face of my driver he tried to ran from the back door of shop.

I was shocked what happened to him??

Suddenly my driver ran behind him by telling I had quit the job and that lady has no linked with general shahib.

I acquired them about their strange kind of discussion and then come to know One general who was also worked as an ISI chief during Musharraf period and one of blue boy( I named him as joker of army due to his funny gestures) of our last dictator, once came to his warehouse for purchasing woods for his business ventures in construction field.

First he forced him to give him on discount price as he was an ex ISI chief. So he agreed for getting rid of that leech.

After supplying wood for more than two months, the owner requested him to give him some money as nothing was paid to him from this cartoon of Musharraf. He was refused and told that when his project would be sold he will get it.

The man was shocked as he was badly in need of payments so he used harsh words against him in front of his house.

Here comes the ego of general in DHA.In the evening same day that man was taken away from his house and put in cell of Faizbad ISI base.

He was kept here for more than a month on the charges of suspicious activities against state.

Another national act was done by rehman malik at the time of Zia ulhaq who even kidnapped his brother in law on the name of security. The real crime of this man was that malik's sister was run away with him and he had cast of Hlawai(the sweet maker) other than cast of Nai(cast of rehman malik.

He was brutally handled in FIA cell but his sister tried to commit suicide instead of coming back to home.So on the request of elders that man was released.

So you see few real acts of our office bearers who are doing all in this Islamic republic of Pakistan.

  50. Urban ladies are quite bold in street demonstration even JI ladies are very aggressive but this group of ladies belong to missing people were very docile and feeling lot shyness in standing or sitting on streets.

At that moment I felt that this was height of desperation and love for their loves ones that were forcing these humble ladies to come to streets along with small children.

I am sure in normal life they can never think of even placing the foot in such streets for public display.

I never felt any crookedness or falsehood on their faces but true helplessness state of knowing nothing was prominent in their facial gestures.

I really felt very sorrowfulness for them.

In my perception these missing people were used as scape goats for saving big alligators of war on terror.

What a piece of information revealed by Nazia! Rehman Malik, a Nai! This information has really set at rest my perplexity about his behavior as a Minister.

I agree with Mughal that these are noble professions serving humanity but mind ignoble people degrade any profession they take up. It is in fact only the inferiority complex in some people attached with these professions in our society that such persons behave meanishly, when by chance they are in a position to degrade others, to satisfy their complexed ego.

In a lighter vein, it recalls to me Ustad Imam Din Gujrati who in a couplet of his had vouchsafed the 'sharafat' of this profession. It happened so that the Ustaad was reciting his poetry in a Mushaihira when a piece of brick fell on the stage. Ustad presently recited 'fil-badiih' the following couplet of his:

    “QUOTE”

That night, an unmanned Predator reconnaissance aircraft, under the control of the C.I.A., was surveilling the roads leading out of Kabul. The Predator, which costs forty million dollars and cruises at speeds as slow as eighty miles an hour, is equipped with imaging radar and an array of infrared and television cameras that are capable of beaming high-resolution images to ground stations around the world. The plane was equipped with two powerful Hellfire missiles, designed as antitank weapons. The Predator identified a group of cars and trucks fleeing the capital as a convoy carrying Mullah Omar, the Taliban leader. Under a previously worked-out agreement, one knowledgeable official said, the C.I.A. did not have the authority to “push the button.” Nor did the nearby command-and-control suite of the Fifth Fleet, in Bahrain, where many of the war plans had been drawn up. Rather, the decision had to be made by the officers on duty at the headquarters of the United States Central Command, or CENTCOM, at MacDill Air Force Base, in Florida.

I am talking about post 911 scenario when mehmmod was MD of fauji foundation. This post was specially given to him for some under ground official activities.

During this period he made visit to US and some Alqaeada based countries.

So US had ban his entry in US and for many years Technical teams of industries under Fauji foundation were not granted US visas for no reasons. So his involvement in any industry of Pakistan was considered suspicious under US establishments but no one dare to arrest him.

He also tried to lead a joint venture of Fauji foundation with morocco. As Morocco is locatingnear sahara desert due to alqaeda concentration between Algiera and Morocco border and huge investment of Dr AQ khan in Tumbukhtoo hotel, he was again prohibited to join this venture as MD of fauji.

So he was removed from offcic again.

you see the naughty boy of Musharraf was never allowed by CIA in any kind of activity and only place he hid himself is raiwand religious farm which is producing fanatic breed like him in modern getup.

This was reason of revenge between two families living in same street.

Rehman malik character was symbol of shame for this caste Nai.

His father had earned pure income from his hardworking and but he was representative of illegal income and traitor ship while occupying govt official status.

Same I say about General kiyani whose father was proud JCO who raised his 7 kids in much honest way.But his son only worked for US agendas and illegally helped his brothers in gaining benefits through his position in military.

So his son was the unluckiest son of soil who is eating share from blood of innocent citizens and mass destruction done under war on terror being fought under the order of his father's command.

CJP is never placed to symbolize democracy in a system.

He is bound to take care of law of state with spirit of impartiality, fearless approach and justices for all.

In our prevailing system Our democratic champions are our political leaders and guard of democracy is military management for securing their illegitimate personal interest so before cursing democratic norms in Paksitan, first approach to the character and political level of our real champions.

That NRO was even obstructed by SC in Musharraf regime as US and Military were its designer and applicator respectively so all judicial system of state were halted till the full implementation of NRO was successfully done in governance matters.

After that its not matter of their concern whether judges should restore or not but after observing the public view, they let it to go as per public interest.

But its curses have been induced in our system.

So CJP is just trying as per his range to draw in the poisonous side effects of this Order.

Zardari was actually basic source of all evils who is managaing state matters with one to one deal between him and joint advantages of US and Pak miltiary interest in his two years tenures.

No body is making answerable to army chief that on what basis he is escalating and prolonging war in our all side of borders .

Nobody is making him accountable of spreading his mission without any check and balance.

Same is happening here nobody in state has courage to create barricade to the massive flow of corruption doing under govt order and her selected team.

So all are enjoying illegitimate powers wihtout check, control and balance and only Judiciary is trying to reach the exact source of evils in state matters through the uneven path of lawlessness of our high officials.

By the way “Tableeghi Jamat” is not a Fanatic or Extremist at all, read their material.

Why I read this materiel. when I am seeing abnormal product of narrow minded,.irresponsible, unrealistic and unpractical humans who are coming out of this tableeghi jammats meetings.

We all are Muslims and start reading teaching of Islam since our childhood.

After 5 obligations , the lesson of brotherhood, honesty, truthfulness, duties and rights to other fellow beings all are given in simple books of our courses and common religious books.

If these humans who left for such congregation for weeks and weeks by leaving behind their duties and responsibilities didnt read and understand the simple words then how they would go to depth of Islam in this isolated gatherings.

I am telling you all on the basis of my last years observation after watching the practical life styles and past histories of many followers like that.

It would be exaggerated that I say I handle daily such persons but weekly or monthly basis I found a new character like that who claims that he or she is member of some tableeghi jammat and after dealing him or her I found same characteristics like that as I mentioned above.

As we both know general mehmmod as OUR NEW HERO of tableeghi jaamat who after creating mess in large area of Pakistan and on its ignorant people now confined himself in this congregation for soothing his guilt which has been overflown by sins.

Why we opt to go such places as a only solution of repentance.

Why general mehmood and general gul never thought of going to our northern areas for rehabilitation of poor locals whom they have thrown a continuous state of terrorism which nobody knows when going to end.

They are still unaware of basic of qasas or paying back to whom, who are actually inflicted by their acts, strategies or even through verbal abuses.

I call then coward Muslims who even knowing their mistakes and sins never dare to accept it in front of affected generation , victims or even individual.

They bowed to Allah again and again, go to Hajj, find hide in such tableeghi groups but never go for apologetic and compensatory acts in front of real effectees.

Acceptance.Repentance, compensation and then punishment are stepwise procedures of rehabilitation of human values under Islamic code which we loose under our intentional mistakes for our low IQ and short time greed.

So no way I can appreciate such gatherings which is creating no positive attitude in our masses who are know as public of Pakistan.

I give you another hint that cleanliness is half of our faith.

    Do you agree with me??

then find this half and straight way toward islamic faith is lacking in all such congregations, near mosques and highly concentrated Muslim streets in Muslim countries.

If you are living in Paksitan then these days Eid milad un Nabi festival is going on in all cities of Pakistan.Go and watch that beautiful illuminations and buntings are used to decorate the filthiest streets where choked drains are creating nauseating feeling in such a holy and sacred gathering of Islam.

Yesterday NA 55 area has given us election result where million of rupees have been spent just for advertisement of all parties. These days beautiful lights are used to lightened the streets in energy free country. I am regular visitor of that area and I put it in the category of most filthiest area of Rawalpindi area .This is same area where GHQ of 5th largest army of world along with biggest slums of Pakistan lying along with Nullahs(rain drains) and dirtiest old markets of Rawalpindi. Here the biggest voters are shopkeepers and surprisingly majority claim to be part of different tableghi jammat.

So what kind of people who cant understand the simple philosophy of Islam through following the simple advice about cleanliness.

Adulteration in all products, cheating in balance, false deals, lying all on business deals are other characteristics of major business community of this constituency.

So what kind of impractical breed is coming out in society through such gatherings is beyond my range of understanding.

I know two senior most executives of multinational companies who joined such gathering after a jolt appeared in their family lives when it was found that they have illegitimate kids via maid and other woman.

So either it can be guilt which take you of getting rid of bitterness or safe hideouts for criminals of hearts to join such religions.

Holy prophet life is so simple to follow that we dont need any kind of deep logic to proving his credibility of acts.

How many resourceful men around you prefer to marry a widow.

Check the professional honesty level of majority who join such lectures.

Get the date how we Muslims handle orphans, handicapped people. illegitimate children and widows in our Islamic society.

if you cant get then come to streets in rush hours and see the patience level of such Lota holders who dont have any patience to handle weak genders of the society.

Judicial Coup in Pakistan – Once a democratic champion, the Chief Justice now undermines the elected government. by DAVID B. RIVKIN JR. AND LEE A. CASEY FEBRUARY 23, 2010, 7:51 P.M. ET

    http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704

Supreme Court Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry, the country's erstwhile hero, is the leading culprit in an unfolding constitutional drama. It was Mr. Chaudhry's dismissal by then-President Pervez Musharraf in 2007 that triggered street protests by lawyers and judges under the twin banners of democracy and judicial independence. This effort eventually led to Mr. Musharraf's resignation in 2008. Yet it is now Mr. Chaudhry himself who is violating those principles, having evidently embarked on a campaign to undermine and perhaps even oust President Asif Ali Zardari.

Any involvement in politics by a sitting judge, not to mention a chief justice, is utterly inconsistent with an independent judiciary's proper role. What is even worse, Chief Justice Chaudhry has been using the court to advance his anti-Zardari campaign. Two recent court actions are emblematic of this effort.

For God sake where that islamic society exists which is preached in thousands of religious meetings.

Where are allowed islamic conducts in common Muslims that reflect teaching of real Islam?

Why Muslims are among ht communities whose teachings doesn't match to actual life of common people living in Muslim countries.

In the houses of rich or criminal people who are influencing weak Muslims through their money and arm power?

Your life is suspended to Islamic theory only or acts of long past which have lost its credibility as we are unable to present it as real life of Muslims.

That is good you mention the name of followers of tableeghi jammat like gen javaid, JJ and few cricketers.

Whom I should start their list of crimes against ethics and humanity for safeguarding their blind faith and then imposing on others.

I am still unable to understand you real point of view in deluge of links but what I understand is that you have lot of apprehensions about judiciary and you are not in mood of giving them any kind of benefit of doubt.

First you give the reference of this link.

    http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704
In first impression I found lot of technical missing points in this report which you over looked.Kindly go through its comments section and you would get my reply in same manner.

In second link it was taunt on Govt people by Rauf for protecting NRO in obnoxious way along with some harassing tone to CJP while standing in the court.

So I think you again review your link and try to compose your personal point of view.

I am not law except but one thing I am seeing that now CJP has got his team and now gaining pace to prove his credibility which he claims as mission of his life.So just wait and see how he could turn the table of strong mafia in ruling class.

Human acts cant produce miracles in state of devils but if it might be able to create stir in devil's den . have some courage to praise who are trying to produce this stir and jolts.

    You say

all kinds of such Processions are Bida’at [Innovation] and have no place in Islam.

    Where you live??

Since the start of moharamm such processions start on our untidy, dark and dirty and now terror filled streets.

WE the unlucky citizens of Pakistan are all time trapped on roads for hours just for giving way to such religious long march along with VIP security routes.

So please kindly confirm to which section of Islam it has no place .

These high tides of religious affiliations in the form of religious walk or in grouping in tablaghi jaammat are contributing nothing to recuperate a distorted nation but actually further dividing the people living on same pieces of land on the basis of newly developed faith.

Yes you are right because the same Judiciary [present CJ and several "Snow White Judges" sitting in SC were the one who supported Martial Law and violated article 6 of 1973 Constitution by giving free hand to Musharraf not once but twice therefore talking about Rule of Law doesn't suit them they should also be tried fro Treason.

Kindly review your most of comments and it is highly placed in the category of Hypothesis.

I would tell you that why you are unable to tell me name of any society which is following the basic principles of Islam.

Just because we or scholars like you have taken Islam as historical legend which can be placed/preserved in any museum but no way can be seen in our daily acts.

The influential and rich Muslims make it as sacred book which should be protected like a treasures but no way its teachings are being reflected through their acts.

For safeguarding it as only book and proving supremacy of our faith on others we have made blasphemies laws to suppress minorities and lower class through this religious.

These are the basic reasons you cant be able to give me an example of real Islamic society under Islamic leadership.

You say that religious procession is a Biddat act in Islam and you simply take it out in Islam.

From my point of view such procession if taken in friendly and true religious spirit can be best presentation of

cordial Muslim gatherings of community where people can know how should they move together in relgious occasions.Again custodian of regions affairs have turned such events toward show of power of safeguarding a particular faith.

Shia (with lot of apology) people made so much hue and cry , beating upto level of infliction and self torture for creating the scenes of enemies of Islam, showing that their lif is not coming out of tragedy which was done 1400 years back.

No come to sunni group, instead of improving the civic conditions of their all time dirty streets which has more fabulous effects of presenting Islamic culture, they spent valuable money to make this particular event as show of their strength.

So the actual spirit of unity and brotherhood is clearly diminished in such cordoned gatherings.

So you see we are badly in need of healthy innovations in coming days to prove that Quran and Hadiath are real life and no way is placed in a field of hypothetical science for under study only.

You didnt tell me whom I should select among gen javaid, JJ and top cricketers for showing you their unprofessional and unethical attitude being a representative of tableghi jammat.

Now about NRO and stand of judiciary against it.

One thing we all know that nobody is MR clean in our eroded system. so all would blacken their hand in this coal business even those who want to clean it.

Rauf is an independent and daring spoken journalist and no one can challenge his point of view.but you are overlooking again and again that NRO no way was designed for judiciary or in public and national interests but to only to give benefit a a dictator, US agenda and some most corrupt icons of politics for some design jobs.

Now if Govt or army wants to throw mud on others while standing in muddy water of illegalities than what can other say to them.

It is just like that I get money from illegal ways , give you dinners and gifts or charity to someone really deserving from small amount of that easy money and in bad times of accountability I prove that you and those poor are my accomplice too.

  86. If Muslim Societies are not following the Islamic Principle then how can it be called Fault of Islam. By the way I am not an Scholar, just an student trying to learn. If Blasphemy Law or any other Law is misused then again “Fault is of Authorities” not in the Law. Religious Processions is Bid’at Innovation and it is not my opinion but extracted from Quran and Hadith. Innovation in Islam means innovation in Belief and Religious Text/Rituals, innovations doesn’t mean adopting technology.

My firm belief is “if we go through the Moral Teaching in Quran and Hadith” and try to spread the teaching “peacefully” in Society then our society would be excellent. Islam was presented/projected by some section as a Religion of Punishment and Bloodletting [it is not] and these sections never paid attention to the “Huge Treasure of Morals/Etiquette Teaching in Hadith” and even if we adopt a very minute part of these Moral Teachings then Muslims Societies would be in far better shape.

Javed Nasir-JJ-Pakistani Cricket Team AND TABLEEGHI JAMAT. [NAZIA]

If someone commits Shirk [Polytheism] after becoming a Muslim then that person is responsible not the Islamic Scripture/Teaching.

    you said

If Muslim Societies are not following the Islamic Principle then how can it be called Fault of Islam.

It is not fault of Islam but it has raised many questions that why we Muslims are unable to transfer this message with practical demonstration into large community of the world.

You could nt tell me but I am quite confident that Iran is among the top in shaky Muslim world which is maximum following the Islamic principles in political, judical and social setup.

The orthodox attitude of rulers and its out of way messing with US on nuclear issue is giving them resistance to grow like more stronger Muslim nation as their ego issues are creating serious economic threshold in majority population of Iran.

Here Monarch Muslim countries are playing their rule by funding in Pakistan for creating extremity in frustrated youth through path of wahabism.

Your buddy General Javaid was part of this deadly game which we all are now reaping in form of acute terrorism in front of our door step.

Just for refreshing your mind read under links that how much obstinate attitude these characters have even violating international laws by wearing Pak uniform.

The above given facts are available on different sources too.

His real activities were covered under this report

    http://www.khalistan-affairs.org/Main/K_Calling.
    /kc04262001.htm

I think no body told him that Dalits were more victimized class so he might supplied them modern weapons to them as he did to Bosnian muslim.

No about JJ.As an ex Lahori student I know how much colorful youth he passed among thousand of his female admirers. After seeing his inclination in extra ordinary activities his family arrange his marriage at early age to his cousin. His first 10 year married life was disaster due to continuation of his extra martial activities. His wife had two times nervous breakdown just for his colorful life styles which is no way acceptable, to modest wives.

So I think after seeing his growing sons up to his height

he took such religious camouflage as common practice in our hypocrite society so that no way he can be questioned by his own sons/blood relations which I think is unbearable for any father.

So how long and up to what extent we live like slaves of past differences and nothing think of tending toward docile solution of our agitated problems.

Khominee had brought revolution through public force against a strong monarchy and simply transferred it into hands of public of same ideology. As both are powerful rivals so bloodshed was obvious and we saw many inhumane scene in this transforamtion process.

He never confined his faith towards his family or top seat to his family tree as we are seeing in other Muslim state.

I am talking about the political structure, their independent judiciary and effectiveness of supreme council as per their prescribed agenda.

The city and village councils are working on specific national goals under teaching of pure shite leadership and they are stick to it from their grass root level. They form the decision making and administrating organs of the state together with the parliament of the Iran, Majlis.

Feudalism and one man show culture have been eradicated in Iran which is still dominant in many influential Muslim states.

Turkey is also representing good combination of secular and Muslim cultures but here colors of Europe is more dominant which is not seen in Iran.

My point of praising the Iran doesn't show my trend toward particular shite teachings but in this anarchy like situation of Muslim world, I consider that Iran is responding much to outer world as a sovereign and liberal Muslim state than others which is just relying on interanl resources and national interest for its polciy making.

    It is practically observed too.

if you go to any museum in non Muslim countries and go for Muslim specified areas first thing you will find about Muslims are from Iranian side and its late Persian culture and historical facts. Then the next Muslim icon known in non Muslims areas is the legendary character of Sultan Slah din ayubi, his items and his acts of bravery written on their walls.

In Louvre I just found some old pots discovered from Saudia Arabia and some papers written in Holy Prophet time as Symbols of one of largest nation of the world.

So it is very important how you present your faith in outer world.Rigid behavior always ceases the propagation of faith to successfully penetrate in non Muslim areas.

When relaxed monarch rulers lost trust on people, surrounded themselves in corrupt leadership and try to enhance their tenure through illegitimate and unjustified priorities then we see disturbances appeared in public profiles.

It was very common by losers to put blame of their downfall on those who are considered as hatred community in ruling domain.

Why RAZA had given this revelation in rare interview.

If he sensed something wrong why he was unable to convey this message to his people or unsuccessful to win the heart of people.

EU also got rid of monarch sytle and accepted that inhumane attitude of rulers was the root cause of failure of this system.

After getting rid of it they all opted the ways to achieve the targets of human development and national goals.

They would have also been supported by foreign hands in this run table games but actual force of cohesion always appeared from the nucleus of state which are people of that country.

So why in Muslims countries that trend is solely linked(mostly revealed by its failed leadership) with interests of US, mosad and India only.

by dr jawwad khan on Mar 1, 2010 at 8:13 pm

  118. Yes dr khan

I am trying to get the data and life history of these human bombs blasted on our streets. So in short way it is explained under

-Chakwal bomber was from Afghani descend and he was living there for last 4 years in a brick kiln of chakwal. The family life standard was below the poverty line.

That boy has started visiting this mosque regularly just 2 months before he exploded himself there. His family was moved a week before from their mud house and nobody still know their whereabouts.

POF bomber belong to outskirts of Peshawar and was regular visitor of that factory as daily wagers .He knew all the area very well and people whom he killed.

It was not surprise that he didn't select officers block comprising mostly of corrupt and rude military officers but blasted on workers who were coming out in cycles or company transport.

I think two examples are enough for you to ponder .

The phenomena of transforming the normal human into bomb is quite different in Pakistan than other areas like Palestinian and Tamil tigers.

In mentioned area other than Pakistan the revenge of state and its leadership due to not getting respectable way of living is main reason of such hatred act.

In Pakistan young deserted kids having submissive personalities are collected and gathered in specific hideouts. They are brain washed, sodomized and even drugged through human controller, who throughout control them till their end use.

We only see such breed in specific are of Pakistan toward our Afghanistan border.

No way state brutality or oppression of cruel characters ever generated such effects on our suppressed slave like class who are generation wise living like slum dogs in domain of strongest feudal characters located in Sindh, southern Punjab and stone age culture of Baluchistan.

So basically Afghans were selected for this assigned target from the camps found in suburbs of Pakistani northern cities. Then our over population class of Puktoons were picked where all family planning procedures were criticized by typical outrageous mullahs of local area. The Govt fully ignored them in their religious misconception trends which they successfully transformed to poor and deprived class.

Again this is joint venture of our America and army in our soil and mullahs are their laboratory assistant in this project.

  119. like any liberal or moderate your fingers are pointing in only one direction. Giving me impression that suicide bombers are always pakhtoons of either side of border, brainwashed by "mullah" in order to help america and pak army.

The continuity of suicide bombing especially after the beging of drone attacks on pakistani soil tells us a different story.

My humble view is that many parties are taking part in it and this phenomenon is not as simple as black and white. There are gray areas in between which is untouchable for liberals and moderates.

    1) As expected, i found "mullah" as a primary tool for preparation, planning, recruiting and executing the suicide bombing. What if there are other tools?

    2) what are the purpose of the suicide bombing in pakistan? Does it meets any logical demand of war against infidels?

like we see the murder of Molana Sarfraz Naeemi by a suicide bomber? what about assasination of most eminent deo bandi ulema e deen?

why ulema e deen? why not big mouth, islamo phobic liberals? why masajid, why not the fashion shows and other social and digusting gatherings of these liberal bipeds? why policemen, why not blackwater in pakistan?

    3) Do we have all necessary details of these suicide bombing? what if many are controlled device bombings carried out by some one (alleged suicide bomber) without his knowledge?

    4) what about the incidents of assassination of Benazir Bhutto and Ashoura day bombing in December last year? were those really a suicide bombings?

    5) look around and tell me how many "mullas" do you see who are in favor of suicide bombing? i searched many years to trace out the "germs" of extremism in "mullah" community and what i found will be unbelievable and disappointing forthe liberals like you. my question is why such stereotype is attached with "mullah" while great majority of mullah is more peace loving and God fearing. It is the same mind set which says that every liberal and pseudo-muslim is drinker and fornicator. Can you point out a single madrissa in your city where students are being given the combat training?

    6) what about the factor of revange rather than islam? tribal belt’s pashtoons are notorious for their revenge? Don't you think that the purely human rage over the cold blooded messacre of innocent people, could trigger series of actions which end in a suicide bombing?

    7) what about looking the big picture. Do you have an ability to go up and away and look again leaving all your islamophobia or "mullahphobia" aside for few moments and analyze again? Repeating the same kinds of allegations like a “rattoo tota”

This picture is not black & white but a “Technicolor”.

i suggest you to free your mind from all kinds of presumptions and think again.otherwise you shall remain searching a suicide bomber in tablighi jamat.

    Read carefully my comments

I hardly used a mullah term in this process of collecting of weak personalities, brain washing and then use like arms of third world.

I just give him a place of Laboratory assistant in whole procedure. As a science student you know the real status of Lab assistant in experiment design.

I am very much clear that all science of terrorist bombing is not as simple as explain to us through ISPR or from spokesmen of govt.

    I would further tell you.

-General Beig who killed on Mall road RWP was victim of target killing and through planted device. This was same device which was used at the time of Bhutto Ashura procession of Karachi, Peshawar and lahore market blast.

Aqeel ruby was behind this attack a man who was main attackers of GHQ was his ex nurse .He was fired and under investigation by Gen Beig on the serious charges of medicine purchase and supply to MH and CMH.

You again know it cant be one man job and many people are involved in such embezzlement.

-Lahore ISI attack and GHQ intrusion were job of inside men and for its probe 100s of suspicious ISI men are under investigation.

-Bhakar incident was planned by rivals of MPA or MNA who hired the services of abnormal man through his poor family who took 11 lakh for presenting their one abnormal soul as sacrificial goat for ending their hunger and deprivation.

-Marriot attack was done by huge amount of RDX more than 600 kg.

You know much better than me that RDX cant be exported on donkeys or in ordinary cartons and cant be smuggled in small packs like other explosives.

get the data of factories producing this strictly controlled military product .

The nearest factories are either in Russia or India at least 3000 to 5000 km away from Marriott.

The only source of Such high amount of RDX either can come from POF wah cantt or imported through air ways.

So don't worry I know the IQ level of these mullahs and runaway sinners hiding in tableghi jammat. They never think any thing scientific like that in their orthodox minds as their latest life after doing all kinds of sins in their peak ages are only revolving on verbal debate that what was actually done 1400 before.

  121. precisely…

thanks for draw my attention towards marriot hotel bombing.

the question was raised immediately after bombing.

i believe that marriot hotel bombing was one of the biggest secret of pakistan.God knows what was destroyed.

first the blue fire in the rooms of american and then bombing..

and the flaw in the task itself, destroying the whole hotel.which required almost 1000kG of RDX.the whole truck loaded with explosives.

Good to know that you think differently.

  122. Nazia (MS Know-it-all), go read history. When Muslim armies were winning battles one after another, the crusaders used to impersonate Muslims, they would dress like Muslims, learn and write poetry in Arabic.

So don't bullshit that arms and strength do not impress.

May be you should open your own Khanqah as you are ignorant and arrogant enough to seek blind followers.

Good to know that you think differently.

At last you have reached to some conclusions.

Marriot bombing was not a secret but open farce or bloody joke made to people of Pakistan and with unlucky victims of blast.

You Know that day I was going towards Marriott roads just an hour before the blast. All roads were closed due to VIP movement.

That day COAS, joint chief of staff, PM along with 800 VIP guests were moving toward president house.

So MP , Capital and Punjab police all are only allowed marked vehicles on this road. Complete curfew like situation was seen there an hour before this attack.

My cousin was in main lobby of Marriott and she saw the Hashwani and his son were also there in last hour of ifftar.

She left hotel to go for nearby restaurant along with friends leaving her driver in parking lot.

When they were just an hallf mile away, blast was heard and they fall down on street due to high jerk produced by blast.they couldnt stand for half an hour from ground.

All Mobile phones were immediately jammed and we all thought that we had lost her in blast.

After an hours lines were made active and we contacted her , then we looked for her driver who was badly injured, her room with all belongings were burnttoo.

She witnessed that after 2 hrs proper fire trucks had come there.

You know two modern truck were standing in nearby President house but they didn't move an inch from there.

Our impotent President,PM, COAS and joint chief of staff were only busy on phone for getting informational only.

People in President house stopped their ifftar ceremony for a while and then took lavish dinner when people were burning like helpless souls just half a miles away from their dinner spot.

Go to Islamabad Blur area police station.Hashwani only had written FIR for taking its copy for insurance claim.

He never followed this that how this amount of loaded truck containing military explosive chemical reached to his gate away when not a single car was even being allowed there to go in that area.
