A very recent fad that is creeping across the net is the digg.com trend. Designed by an energetic bunch of geeks this site is a constantly evolving web page/blog. Stories are submitted by registered users and initially remain on-hold until enough members deem it interesting to be featured on the main page. Registered users browsing the new stories get to click a voting icon on the side of each story, once it receives approximately 25 votes it sneaks onto the main page. This unique voting style way ensures that sub-par stories don’t make the final cut. The group now even has an interesting weekly podcast talking about various stories of the week.
