Just today President Bush was brave enough to accept full responsibility for the mismanagement in the New Orleans disaster. Personally I have high regard for a person who is willing to accept his failures in public speaks a lot about his moral values, that said I feel this disaster has brought forth probably the only positive aspect to this idiotic presidency. Bush could have literally sat on the side and let the press and the federal agencies play pointy-finger-blame-game for a lot longer but the writing was on the wall from day one that his head was on the chopping board and was only a matter of time before the axe fell across to him.
This proactive acceptance could literally mean political suicide, though I feel this move would have caught his oppositon by surprise who were gearing in for the long haul. Politically Bush had very little to loose, one thing was sure his advisor asked him to conceed defeat openly than be dragged though a messy debate and hurt the Americans even more. This move on one hand will naturally hit his popularity numbers but it also does help the republican party pundits with enough time to rebuild the party image well before next years mid-term elections. My hats goes off to you Mr. Bush for at least admitting your mistake (are you by any chance going to accept the mistake of Iraq invasion?), now lets see how things transpire from here

WoW,Glad to hear that Mr.Bush finally accepted the responsibilty of katrina late reaction.well he should be bcuz he and his admin are so deeply madly truly involved into iraq and afghanistan war so they havent had an idea what went rite or what went wrong.so obviously their reaction was bit below than their country folks thinks that what should’ve been.well I’d appericaite him if he admits 911 responsibility on his shoulder due to either you,your father or bill clinton pissing policies which you’ve been exercised for many decades in palestine,iraq,afghanistn, lebanan,chechnya,somalia and bosnia-herzegovina continue to be the victims of systematic violation of human rights.in other words victims of voracity of U.S Imperialism.if U.S thinks that they’re sole super power of the whole world.in other words that they’re god of this external world then how come they were unable to save their people from 911 attacks and recent rear horrific hurrican katrina and rita.which is a sign of Black U.S and its lies.I’d reckon to all of you Mr Presidents of united states as a nominee of oscar award for lieing/lying.
