Tale of a Ship

I am a resident of a ship, since I opened my eyes in my mothers arms nearly thirty seven years ago. It has been captained by tin-pot saviours and their hunting traits and habits remains common, except for the one it started its journey with. Every new saviour comes with a divine authority and loud bang, but slips away with a puff.

It has been sailing for more than half a century, all those others sailed along with it reached the calm waters and cruising to the destiny. But here neither the captain nor the passengers got the intent or a clue how to set the right direction and thus sailing in circle. And what I am more anguished with is that no body seems bothered about the future of the coming generations and happy to live by the day. This attitude has provided the saviours and their cronies a carte blanch to make a kill and mockery of all the sea rules.

I feel sorry for the ship to have such a lot, who instead of repairing the damage, seems happy in making a few more, but even bigger holes. Their appetite for even more with each passing day, will fastened the demise.
