This letter is for all the Judges who refused to take oath under PCO and who happen to be my uncles as well. I had never thought that one day I will have to convey my message to you people like this, through this mode but we know things are not smooth as they had been and it is one of our testing times.
This might be one of the crucial times we are facing but we should be proud that Allah chose us to sacrifice for this country. Yes it is indeed a sacrifice which we have to bequeath, not for ourselves but for this country. Ever since I opened my eyes I have seen my father affiliated with judiciary and now it is like a part of our lives. Our life is like a tree and judiciary is one of its branch. We have grown up with this branch and we cannot let anybody slice it. If we will not protect it then who else?
We may not be allowed to attend our schools or universities, we may have got our mobile phones blocked, we may not be allowed to meet anyone or go out, we may be kept in our homes like prisoners, we might be treated like militants or terrorists but WE DO NOT CARE, because it’s a time of sacrifice and we have to do it.
We are proud to have elders like you who have made us proud. You people have made our lives, not only for us but for our next generations as well. We will feel proud to tell our youngsters that our elders did not succumb to any kind of pressure no matter how hard things were around them. We will always walk with our heads high and our hearts filled with pride. Thank you so much for giving this immortal gift to us.

First of all I would like to say that CJ Iftikhar Mohammed Is not a Hero at all.. he’s just a normal human being.. Please stop saying whatever Musharaf do is wrong.. He has helped pakistan in many ways and please respect that.. I will never like to see people like Nawaz Sharif and BayNazir bhutto coming back because they both are corrupt.. we have tried them both not once but more than once and there Is really no need to play with our country anymore and give them another chance.. since we are Muslims we should follow the Islamic law which states that chop of the hands of a thief.. once we apply this punishment to people like nawaz sharif then people will think 100 times before trying to steal money.. Musharaf has done many mistakes, sure but he is much better than nawaz sharif and baynazir.. But right now we should give a chance to Imran khan as we know he is not a corrupt person at all and he has helped many people with his own money (which is no secret) .. and If Imran khan will not come thn muharaf is alright where he is however he should apologise to the lawyers on behalf of the GOV of Pakistan for what the law enforcement agencies did to them.. The problem is with system as well.. everyone who comes up will get corrupt eventually unless he is a prophet or something (that’s the reality and face it).. its better to change the system.. It is very easy to sit infront of your computers and write some hilarious paragraphs against the president and other people to critisize them but when you yourself are given a chance you will do nothing than relaxing in your drawing room, having tea, chilling with guests.. and enjoying.. Action speaks lounder than words.. so please before you say something think twice.. Many people have tried to kill musharaf.. he has been to wars like kargil etc.. so in context he is more of a hero than the CJ (who sits in his AC room and uses his pen to some some papers) and thinks that wow he’s so cool and a hero lol.. however I still support Imran Khan over Musharaf.. thanks

here are few basic questions, anyone may answer:
1)Even if we agree that Baynazeer is a big evil and Nawaz Shareef is a lesser evil, what the right an Army Chief has to ‘take over the government’ and thats too for 8+5years?
2)those who say that since politicians were failed to deliver thats why army chief has the right to ‘take over’ please respond ‘ what if some general fails to deliver in army matters, is it allowed for a civilian to become an army general ? and if it happens, would army accept him, and even if army accepts him, would he be able to deliver like a professional army general?
3)Its exactly like that happened as if we appointed a security guard for our safety/security and took oath from him about our security and that he wont ‘take over’ us, but unfortunately home members started fighting with each other, the security guard ‘with the arm, that we provided him for our security, thrown the head of the family inside and started ruling the family?
4)now when musharraf is forced to remove the uniform, people say that since he has removed the uniform so he is fit for the presidentship, does this ‘acceptance’ and giving him ‘safe package’ would discourage future generals to take the government in the same fashion, coz they would also be expecting ‘safe passage’. So by this way we are encouraging future generals to take the government or discouraged them ?
5)It is right that CJP Iftikhar Chaudhary and other fellow judges had taken oath under PCO initially, but its never too late for anybody to ammend, they ammended and thats too in time. and lets for the sake of argument we agree that CJP had personal interests(whatsoever), what the personal interests respected Bhagwandas had? wasnt he the next senior most? what the Interest other fellow judges have? who SACRIFICED their chair ? for what personal gains ?
6)and the Last but not the least, civilians jitney b wrong ho jaen, Army or any other institution has NO RIGHT to rule over us. “Might is right” era has gone in the past.
Please never support any person, Support the system. whosoever comes under that sytem.

my sympathy with you but i tell real story that happend to my friend in 1988. after sepration of east pakistan his join NRTC haripur. his right to got domicile from haripur and got it(SSC HSC exam passed haripur) but in 1988 when he appeared in FPSC Interview the member of board demanded him to produce his father domicile(NWFP)within 15 days, on these resons he kicked from FPSC. My question that your father born in punjab, his laywer degree from Jamshooshore he is not origianaly baloch how he got the balochistan domicile otherthen to get Punjab domicile is this Illegal although he CJ

If you just switch off PTV for couple of minutes and chronologically go through events of Operation Silence/Sunrise, you will conveniently be able to pinpoint the real terrorist i.e. one sitting in presidency.
I am sorry for Capt. Salman. That poor guy was just trying to save his job when he got killed probably by bullets of his own men or probably like Mr. Haroon, with his own bomb. That highlights the need for pak-army pvt. ltd. to focus on training their men instead of continuously thinking about plans of new defense housing schemes.

its our national mentality that we do not want to listen any word against our wish.we have to be sensible.we have to face realities.we have to realize that fact that person(who so ever,u,me,prezident,cheif of army staf,cj,,,,)is not more important than our country,and institution of our country.
first we have to mentain our merits.we have to think about pakistan.do not make division in our self,just because of president,cj,ehtezaz,nawaz,asif,chuhdary….be a nation,behave like A nation.
always first judg any one as a person.and if some one is not a honest men,not a competent person,not a perfect humen being,then do not make him hero,do not follow him,do not secrifise her self for that bloody hero.

If Ex-CJ Iftikhar Chaudhry is restored, it would mean that the bureaucracy’s indulgence in petty corruption is acceptable.
The great Ex-Suo Moto Chief regularly indulged in good deal of corruption, while in office. This is the reason, a reference was sent against him, in the first place. He used to save Rs 28000/- monthly, of the petrol assigned for the official car. Shocking as it may sound, he made use of all the loopholes that exist in the government’s day-to-day functioning. This is inspite of getting all the perks and bonuses that he pocketed too.
A man in his position is supposed to be above such things. But Iftikhar Chaudhry is obviously a petty man.
Chaudhry Aitzaz says that these are petty things to send a reference for. Well, perhaps to Aitzaz. Not to others. His lawyer Aitzaz must himself be corrupt to say that.
To us, this is a theft. It sets a precedent for all other government officials, to also steal from their office, and get away. How cheap???? Absolutely unpardonable!!!!!!
