Justice Ramday being evicted from his house

Justice RamdayIt is being reported by various news agencies that Justice Ramdey is being evicted from his residence to be replaced by another Supreme Court Judge Mr. Musa Laghari on the explicit orders of the present siting Chief Justice Mr Dogar.

It must be recalled that Justice Ramday was released from his 4-month house arrest barely a few days earlier. And is being given the marching orders without any prior warning, as generally retired judges are given a six month gap before being asked to vacate the official residencies. This is a very surprising development specially in light that the new Prime Minster of Pakistan was inducted into the parliament today where in his address to the parliament he vowed to work for the independence of judiciary and its restoration.

It can easily be suspected that these moves to harass these judges are only the actions of Pervaiz Musharraf and his stooges in an attempt to derail the resumption of democracy in Pakistan. Its time to put these crooks to task

Ramday and his brother judges are still legally Justices of the Supreme Court. Mush has imposed Munir-like Justice Dogar on the supreme court but within next 30 days, these ‘deposed’ ll occupy their rightful position and that will be the begining of the last nail in the coffin of dictatorship thrust on the country by Musharraf.

It is shameful that Mush continues to occupy so called Army Lodge when he has no right whatsoever to live in that place and yet he is against these Justices, who did not take oath under the PCO,living in their official residences.

@MALIK AMAM Justice Ramday is still very much Judge of Supreme Court,as he wasn’t the part of extra constitutional measures taken on Nov3 which were declared illegal by full bench Supereme Court and barred all judges from taking oath under PCO, while Dogar on the other hand went against the judgment and should be held for Contempt, plus this event at Justice Ramday’s residence was also carried out on the order of Dogar, those involved should be given a severe thrashing and Dogar should be jailed for breaking into some one’s residence and stealing case files from Justice Ramday’s residence..

Remember one thing,12 OCT 1999’s PCO was rectified by Assembly with 2/3rd majority with the help of MMA ,while 3Nov2007’s PCO isn’t yet rectified.. until then all these PCO judges and Dogar court is illegal, and Mush could be hanged for abrogating Constitution ..
