In light of the fact that the issue of the restoration of the judiciary once again lies in peril, and with the 30 day countdown finally coming to an end. The students organized a rally that proceeded from Fast University to the PPP Secretariat. The protest brought together the students once more to send the message that the youth of the country are still active and will not sit idly by. The slogans chanted were pro-judiciary and anti-Musharraf. A new variety of slogans from pre-election days were directed at Zardari saying be loyal to us [the people] Zardari, do not betray us (ker hum se wafadari, zardari zardai; na ker tu hum se ghuddary, zardari zardari) and musharraf-zardari alliance is not acceptable (musharraf zardari ittehad, na manzoor na manzoor).
The message was loud and clear, as repeated over and over by the various speakers. “You the politicians are the representatives of the people, you are answerable to us. We have elected you. You have come on our mandate, and you must stick to the task entrusted on you. We, the people, elected you to restore our judiciary. A restoration that comes with no strings attached. A minus one formula or the reduction of judicial tenures; no such side policies will be appreciated and will be tantamount to a betrayal of the public’s trust.”
The students made a human chain around the intersection along the rally’s way, followed by a picket line around the PPP secretariat. The rally lasted for about an hour and a half, with the students peacefully dispersing as has become the tradition of these student-led protests.

Keep it up students, you people are doing best job but keep one thing in mind Zardari is a changed person so do not built your hopes. Keep your struggle alive. May Allah bless Pakistan.
I have some questions , if some one can answer these questions I would be thankful to that guy:
1- Iftikhar Chaudry who claims to be the champion of Judicial independence also took oath under PCO and served as the right hand man of mushraf of nearly 5 years , he provided a legal shelter to all illegal steps of mushraf than with what face today he talks against PCO and for the independence of judiaciary , he is only fighting to save his job and now it has become a personal issue between him and mushraf , why did not a lawyer movement start against iftikhar when he took oath under PCO , and if he now feels a shame of his past than why dont he apologize to the whole nation accepting his crimes and sins and why dont the media condemn iftikhar for his taking oath under PCO, it was the same judiciary who allowed mushraf to run in presedential elections but stopped the result , they had a chance to sack mushraf but why did they allow musraf to run in presendential elections last year.
2- It was the NAWAZ SHARIF terrorists , who attacked supreme court first time in the history of pakistan and today nawa sharif talks about the independence of judiciary , did he apologized to the nation fir his crimes and terrorism against judiaciary.
3- It was NAWAZ SHARIF terrorists who attacked the Jnag Press and news paper and i dont think that i need to tell some thing about that incident than why do today he tals about the independence of media.
4- It was the nawaz sharif who was the right hand man of zia ul haq , the biggest agent and advocate of zia was nawaz than why today is he against mushraf dectator.
5- It was the zulfiqar bhutto who said in 1971 “ADHUR TUM ADHIR HUM” than why do PPP talks about democracy today.
6- It was the same JI who provoked wide scale arson and terrosim in the name of protest when vajpai visited lahore in 1997 , in these protests many innocent people were killed , this was no different from 12th May than why not condemn and protest against JI terrorists.
7- ABUL KALAM MODADADI founder of JI termed Pakistan as PALIDIDSTAN and Quaid-e-Azam as Kafer-e-Azam than why not ask JI for the misdeed of the founder.
These are few simple but difficult questions , if some champion like teeth or adnan siddiqui can answer these questions i would be really thankful.
A very simple answer to the questions, Above mentioned people showed their moral courage at one point of time and said “NO” to the dictators of the time and we all respect that NO.
