Why changing of clock hours adversly affects the routine life of the people in Pakistan?

PAKISTAN CLOCKSIn summer sun rises early & sets late, by changing schedule of working hours in summer an hour earlier means people would be back home earlier. And people can save energy used for lighting at home by going early to bed as now they can do their home activities(cooking, eating, family & friends gathering) in sunlight.

It can be achieved in two ways

  1. First; By changing clock hours in summer & winter while keeping the schedule of working hours same.
  2. Second; By changing schedule of working hours in Summer & winter while keeping the clock hours same.

So don’t confuse yourself that forwarding the clock in summer & back in winter is the only way to achieve energy saving. You can achieve this by changing schedule of working hours as well.

In America people feel comfortable in changing the clock while keeping working schedule same

And in Pakistan people feel comfortable in changing the working schedule while keeping the clock same.
Both methods serve the same purpose, saving the energy. So in my point of view theres no need to confuse the people in Pakistan by forcing them to adopt first method. People in Pakistan are already familiar with second method having different school timings (even our labour class) in summer & winter.

Why in Pakistan changing of clock adversely affects the routine life of the common people?

In Pakistan by changing clock, the whole Muslim community have to change their schedule of prayers.

In Pakistan more than half of the people (except some pvt & govt departments I think) are already using the second method (changing of their schedule in summer & winter for years), so when the clock change is ordered on top of it they get confused.

So its better to ask for schedule change (to rest of the departments who don\’t change their schedule in summer) in Pakistan in order to achieve same objective i.e; energy saving.

Thank you to the team of Teeth Maestro for posting this article. Thank you Rashid Rupani for strengthening my point of view regarding change of schedule during Ramzan in all walks of life, I missed it to mention in my article.

I would request to all the guls & guys who agree with me to spread this message as much as possible & create an awareness in the top management of govt about the drawbacks of changing clock hours in Pakistan without any additional benefit.

Once again thanks to the management of Teeth Maestro for posting it on their front page.

who gives a damn to your stupid routines, so called,

    affected adversly, (economising energy) against

your bad habits and silly Yankee-oriented routines !!

next, you should perhaps suggest establishing private

collection of all beautiful plastic bags litering half

of urban and rural Pakistan for another 450 years.

NO WAY, RAMAZAN TIMINGS BE ALTERED, THE MONTH SHOULD BE

CELEBERATED THE SAME WAY, I.E. RELAX, EASY & SPIRITUEL,

FAMILY, NEIGHBOURS, NEEDY !! ALL PAKISTANIS

I didn't get you. Could you please elaborate for my understanding, as I havn't asked anywhere to change Ramazan timings.

We were talking that we change schedule of our routine life i.e; school, office etc. to celebrate Ramazan.

    Thank you

saving energy in all the ways possible is top

priority, the dependant institutions should be

intelligent enough to correspond with those

priorities, is it difficult for school to put on

notice board from such and such date the new timings !

but who will educate those schools ?

This article is written in protest to the changing of clock hours by Govt which have made the life of people more complex without any additional benefit.

The purpose of changing clock hours to save energy is a better option when people can keep their schedule of routine life same but a worst option for the people who have to change their schedule of routine life to reflect new clock hours. So better option for us is to keep the clock hours same around the year.

Govt immitated West without any analysis that why West preferes change in clock hours & not in schedule of working hours.

In Western routine life they don't have anything synchronized with the sun. So changing of clock hours by their Govts, the people in West don't have to change anything in their schedule of routine life.

And in Pakistan we keep the clock hours same & by changing our shedule of working hours we shift our routine life an hour earlier in summer & back to normal in winter. And this method was working fine for years in Pakistan.

But once Mush Govt & now current PPP Govt has changed the clock hours again which has forced the people to amend the prayers schedule to reflect new clock hours making life of people more complex.
