Amazing share…this is the fact that the human will is much stronger than the normal anatomy and physiology inherited to us.

a man should know the limits his body and should try challange those limits with in certain limits.

This extreme endurance is result of human self control and focus of energy toward positive side.

Self-control through practice and patience techniques is restraint practiced over one's own emotions, impulses, or desires. It is the ability to make positive choices, to think before acting. Without self-control, we can say and do things impulsively which often leads to a serious trouble.

This is fine example of managing one's self control.

Being out of control is one of the worst feelings in the world, sometimes even worse than pain.
