Take a moment to vote for Nighat Dad as she has been honored with a nomination for the Dutch Human Rights Tulip Award.
With the grant she hopes to build a helpline for Cyber crime and Harassment, which is an ongoing issue and will continue to haunt us in the times to come – take a moment to support Pakistan – each vote brings Pakistan closer to a much needed Cyber Crime & Harassment center
She needs our help. We have to vote for her all this week to make sure she gets into the shortlist. Go to this link and press VOTE. Then wait for the validation email to come to you and follow the instructions. It’s that simple, but we don’t have much time to help her win. It would be a great honor for Pakistan if she does, and a way of saying thank you to Nighat Dad for all the work she does on our behalf.
Pakistan lost a legend on 22nd June 2016 – Amjad Sabri – it was even suspected back then that MQM was involved, yet they came in hordes to mourn with the Sabri family – little did they know then (many did suspect it at that time) but now some of the sector incharges have confessed to having killed this singing legend as he had refused to pay extortion money to MQM – Im at a loss for words !!!
ARY: Sources told ARY News that Shehzad Mulla, a sector incharge of MQM, confessed that six teams were constituted to murder Amjad Sabri. Four killers were involved in recce and target killing, according to Mulla.
MQM has assassinated thousands of people but they seem to be above the law – its finally time to hold these murdering hypocrites accountable for each drop of blood they have spilt on the streets of Karachi
OPEN LETTER TO COAS GENERAL RAHEEL SHARIF
August 27, 2016
General Raheel Sharif
Chief of Army Staff
Islamic Republic of Pakistan
I write to you directly, as you are duty bound not only to protect the physical frontiers of this country but also the ideological frontiers, which are currently under threat.
It is also not a hidden secret that MQM was created by former President General Muhammad Zia ul-Haq and further aided/facilitated by former President General Pervez Musharraf. Therefore, by default, the responsibility to clean up the mess created by your predecessors sadly falls on your shoulders.
There is no doubt, that recently Sind Rangers under the leadership of Maj. Gen Bilal Akbar has done a tremendous job in restoring relative peace to Karachi and apprehended miscreants and criminals of MQM and all other parties plus banned religious outfits. However, in the wake of Altaf Hussain’s speeches and Dr. Farooq Sattar’s press conferences thereafter, time has come to take serious action against MQM that includes a ban and to hold accountable all those who are still supporting them.
In today’s round of breaking news from Pakistan features a sad suicide bomb explosion in Quetta, Pakistan – where first the President of Balochistan Bar Association was assassinated and as he was shifted to Civil Hospital, Quetta where e succumbed to his injures, a suicide bomber blew himself up outside the hospital taking the lives of 60+ more people.
Sadly we will never come to terms with the horrific attacks on the people of Pakistan. each incident is as tragic as the next – we mourn, with time we lift our souls and move on with life… until … we repeat again & sadly again
Today’s Quetta attack is horrific example of a Double Tap attack scene
