It is just being announced that Bilawal Zardari, the 19 year old eldest son of Benazir Bhutto, will be the new Chairman of PPP. Personally I feel this might in effect be a good decision for the Bhutto dynasty but a major rift within the party would definitely be seen in short order, as Amin Faheem definitely had his eyes set on the top leadership. It may suit the American agenda perfectly as it would be easier to negotiate with Bilawal as compared to rehashing the entire negotiations with a new face in the PPP. One thing is for sure that whoever was behind fake profiles of Bilawal did a good job in feeding poison to toilet papers of Mushy, no one wants to believe that BB was a strict mother and during the time she was alive she didnt even allow Bilawal to have a girlfriend. .
They just know the Politician BB no one is willing to accept the fact that she was also a home-maker I dont know what is wrong with the people sometimes I feel that my friend is right when he says that there is no difference between an atheist and a mushy supporter both will cross limits to prove that they are right when its quiet obvious that its not.

Personalization of politics is the most weak point in pakistani politics.this menas that Son of Chairman/chairperson of a Political party should be chairman like Mulana Fazl ur rehman and Wrong Bilawal, whether he is competant or not.

lets Re-think PPP Leadership
Benazir Bhutto was not only chairperson of PPP for life but designated her husband successor for leadership in her will. Her husband decided to name his son Bilawal to succeed while maintaining effective control of the party himself as co-chairman. Uhh, in a democracy, you’d actually have a caucus of party leaders or something, even in emergency like this, and you certainly wouldn’t give reins to 19 year old kid. Do you think he is mature enough to lead the largest political party of Pakistan?? It seems that entire PPP does not have a single person capable of leading the party……………..Is this family heirloom? To be passed from the father to daughter to husband to son????????

Hey there are other workers of PPP who have really worked hard for the party. 19 years old kid knows nothing and may be by nature he mightn’t have a sense of politics. A leader should be the one who raised in Pakistan and who has really seen the problems of Pakistan.
I really had hard time to believe in the will of Benzir. She was foolishly firmed that nobody will kill her. Everything is manipulated by Zardari to get his 10% again. He has harmed PPP at this time. It was a golden chance for PPP to change the future of Pakistan cause every single person had the sympathy with the party on the death of Benazir.
Dear Teeth, I am not able to find any such news around. In fact tomorrow is going the high level party meeting in Larkana re-issues like that. I talked to one of my source there who confirmed that there is no such decision as yet and this source is very credible. Will you please re-check it with your source. In fact geo news was talking about the nomination of Sanam Bhutto as chairperson and Asif Zardari or Ameen Faheem as the acting president.

As to recent news tommorow Shaheed Bhutto’s will would be read and party central commettee will decide the future policy. But it would be a wise decision to give the top slot to Bilawal or Fatemah, they are young and can communicate with their age group in much better way. I dont think Makhdum’s will not accept but the Chrisma of Bhutto’s is that whoever left PPP was multiplied by zero, Makhdum Amin is a sincere and wise person and we hope he will stand with Bhutto’s…….they deserve it, no one gave so much blood for this country what Bhutto’s did.

If not so, then all of us know that how our ISI manipulates the image of politicians and how much funds are allocated to buy so called writers.
Yes, its not a secret that Zardari was a spolied kid, a typical (he is not a fudal) Sindhi villeger where even not a fudal, but young guys behave or copy fudals.
Corruption in politics can never be denied and you can not survive in politics unless you “help” some of your supporters.
Why, because our political institution are killed by our brave generals every 2-5 years, some people get in with army backing and lots of money and buy everything, at some stage you get involved.
I feel that Zardari was a victim of money politics and Army propaganda although I dont consider him as a clean guy, but in present situation name one person in politics who is clean?
If our institutions like LEFT, RIGHT, Fudals, Fundamentals are killed every second year and country is conqured by a general then this is what you got to began with.
Time will refine and give new leadership if process continue.
Other alternate is another dictator and then another…
