The Courts should be comletely independent in their decisions. This can be achieved only by keeping them separate from the executive. The appointments should be made by the bar councils by voting and it should be authenticated by the Prime Minister. The rules for promotions and retirements should also be processed through the Bar and authenticated by the Judicial Counci and then the Prime Minister. Thus there will be no influence from the executive.
