Video – Aafiya Siddiqui and Her Son’s Interrogation

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=23yT7soyV48

The video, obtained by Cageprisoners shows the media conference following the ‘arrest’ of a woman and a teenager identified by Afghan police as Saliha and Ali Ihsan. The US allege that this is Aafia Siddiqui and her 12 year old son, Ahmad.

Aafia Siddiqui was extradited to the US on 4th August 2008 on charges of attempted murder and assault. She denies the charges and claims to have been held in US custody since her disappearance in March 2003.

Her son Ahmad remains in Afghan custody. The whereabouts of her two other children, missing for 5 years remain unknown.

kick these bas???ds afghans out of here, hang the mushArraf.
thanks for bringing this video i hope this would help in the case.
furthermore there are certain events tragic they are but the are catalyst for change as well.
i am certain dr afias case would be like that and hoepfully most of the mysteries surrounding missing persons would come to light.

The original website (cageprisoners) uses the same words “… the US allege that …” without any reference to an official US / media source with the allegation.
Also, how come they needed interpreters for someone who was educated and lived in the US.

    @the jingoistic commentators above:

How does a SINGLE afghan talking about wanting to save his country from a suicide bomber makes you condemn all afghans as bastards?
How is your attitude any different from the US wanting (and succeeding) to kick the collective Afghani ass due to one guy’s actions?
(Just a couple of unimportant questions)

    RealyVirtual,

This is the state of blog journalism. The least these folks could do is contact Aafia Siddiqui’s sister and verify the voice and if that is her nephew.

This video very likely could be anyone and does not sound like person educated from MIT.

Thank you for posing good questions. More conspiracy theories will follow. Stay tuned for the drama to continue.

It is a well-known fact that the gringos are the biggest bullies – using coercion in most cases or bribes in other cases to make countries like Pakistan fall in line. Unfortunately, in our case – they found plenty in our Establishment that were ready and willing to sell their souls for the dough!

The source of shame is from our own – let’s focus and work on that – starting with our generals and miscellaneous.

in my opinion she is afia siddiqui, notice when the Ba????ds try to intimidate his son how she responds “is ne kutch nahin kya” the way words were uttered were of a concerned mother.
furthermore i am of the view she has been mentally tortured as the way she was responding seems was in state of severe depression or something similar.
she definately has been caged for long, also i am concerned about her son and his future.

well interrogator was not a single afghan trying to save his country but a pimp, look at they wasy he was asking questions and threatening her, “koi perashani nahin” was trying to humiliate her for sake of scoring few points.

but they forget sooner or later they wold have to beg us for everything.

    This video is fake.

Nice try drug Zombies. They think the world would buy into their video.

Mutazalzaluzzaman Tarar and Barrister Ali K.Chishti are MQM thugs, who would try to convince public that the afghan refugees in Karachi belong to these Warlords and should be kicked out Whereas their LORD Altaf Hussain keeps associating them with the Taliban and hence wants them to be kicked out…. I wonder why MQM is now so fearful of these refugees.

Fakeit – mate, Afghan(s) have not only messed Karachi up but the whole of Pakistan and especially the tribal-belt!

As for MQM, stay out of it!

lol, Uncle Fakeit, I am anything but an MQM supporter. there is practically no one I hate more than MQM. I believe they are a terrorist, fascist organization. Altaf Terrorist/Thug Hussain needs to be put on trial for his crimes.

I don’t live in Karachi and I have nothing against Pashtuns but I differentiate between Pashtuns (who’re as Pakistani as anyone else) and Afghans who come to our country as refugees whose countrymen treat our people like animals. why should I care for these Afghan refugee bastards when their people harass Afia Siddiqi as if she wasn’t even a person? they didn’t even spare her poor kid. he is a kid for god’s sake. at least spare him.

    Mutazalzaluzzaman Tarar,

    Sorry for my bad *interpretation*…

We can not take the whole nation responsible for the blunders of a few. Lets say if JSQM or Dr Qatil Magsee murders people in Hyderabad, we can not make it a reason to hate every Sindhi and same goes around for every ethnic group. There are good and bad people in every race and ethnic groups.

I agree with you about how unthankful some of these Afghanis are but I wouldn’t start to hate all of them because of this.

    Assalamu alaikum,

May Allah free our Sister, her children and other Muslims from the captivity of these barbarian americans and its evil friends.

The endeavor to raise awareness and to release Muslim prisoners is most important, as freeing these Muslims held captive by disbelievers, is one of the highest duties for the Muslims.

How about starting a worldwide petition for dr. Aafiya Siddiqui?

How about the arab, turkish, bosnian, amerian, european, australian, african, canadian, brothers and sisters also participate making this a global matter rather than just isolating this to be an asian cause?

How about people collect signatures and write letters addressing and sending this collectively to the American Embassies in whatever country, one might be in?

How about pressurizing the Pakistani government and their socalled polictians through public protests?

How about having public demonstrations, protests, marches in every city where muslims may be, and creating awareness of the matter?

How about volunteers for the legal team? There must be many US muslim law students or lawyers who could helop the investigation and appeal process along?

How about showing some outrage to Bilal Musharraf who has received bounty (money) from the FBI, for handing over Dr Aafiya and indirectly if not directly responsible for her situation?

Sitting online, chatting, asking questions, condemning and forwarding some silly emails is very easy but in reality has no impact.

So I would really like to see exactly how many muslims out of the 1 billion muslims worldwide, really sincerely care and willling to put an effort into this.

The facebook group should have members in the millions and yet it is no way near. What does that say about the motivation and sincere care for this womans struggle?

Otherwise it is just empty talk and talking is not action and then Dr Affiya is pretty much helpless.

    Talk less, act more.

Depends if the ummah is in fact an ummah and has guts to put their money where their mouth is.
