Considering the heated debate surrounding the Indian Jet ‘inadvertently’ invading Pakistani airspace yesterday afternoon. Saad Abdullah analyses the situation in detail, he believes the Indians deliberately needed to test the preparedness of the PAF which has inferior aircrafts. But considering the quick intercept done within 4km of the intrusion it does go to show that PAF has truly outdone its readiness. The article analyses the controversy from both sides of the argument, what might be the Indian agenda and conversely the poor political response by the Pakistani government which has cowered behind accepting it to be a mere technical error, without so much as issuing a strong condemnation. Bottom line, hats off to the Pakistan Air Force for having stood their ground – Read the entire article on Saad Abdullah’s Blog

Good read. Thanks for the link.
I think I do feel proud 🙂
Dear Doc,
This would look so much better if you changed the spelling of analysis to analyses where necessary.
@NJ thanks for pointing that out
I wonder where PAF goes when the American drones attack the innocent women and children in the north.
PAF …Thankyou for doing your job ,it means we can sleep peacefully.
You are not alone we are with you!!
We should feel proud of PAF instant response.
But we are really ashamed of our own President, Prime Minister, Minister of Information & Broadcasting- for giving repeatedly UNDUE UNJUSTIFIED EXCUSES for violating Pakistani air space by IAF planes.
“”MAY GAAD GIVE US THE STRUT TO SAVE PAKISTAN””
that’s good.we should be wondering how to safe Pakistan.people say that Zardari isn’t doing anything.but we don’t know what is going in his mind.a person changes his mind when he has something in his mind but the situation is incorrect.we should have to wait for his action.if he doesn’t go wright we should have to stand up.God will do better.and God is with us
I doubt there was an intrusion in the 1st place. You would think so considering how the Govt played it down. India is not foolish to cross borders!
