I hope this is just not a video and some real hard ground work is going on to eradicate the disease and I believe so. However, not being KPK citizen, have no way to confirm it.
BTW, Good change to layout of site, after that old red theme which have been there for years. One more thing, I recommend you to use discuss commenting system, by that on replies, users are automatically notified. They have very nice easy to integrate wordpress plugin. Comments are backed up both on your server as well as on discuss.
