    We must learn to protest in civilised manner .I am in huge favour of such protests which should end in peace.
    Many people think what is the point,the point is world sees it,world acknowledges it and they understand whta sort of psyche a nation has got and it is a civilised way of solidarity.
    There is a mass protest in london today and for past few days,Israeli and Palestenian supporters are getting outside Israel embassy and it is difficult for police to contain it.
    It makes so much difference .
    Politicians get the message accross.How much frustrated and angry people are.
    Petetions,emails to Presidents and protests do work .

  • farrah k raja |

    Yes Umer
    Hit them where it hurts ,no US and ISrael products.

  • Adnan Siddiqi |

    Yea we should stop using Intel Processor based PCs/Laptop and Google Search engine. After all they are owned by Jews.

    SO how many of you are going to burn your computers and quitting Google?

  • Indian Muslim |

    The Saudis turned Prophet Muhammad’s Arabia into Saudi Arabia–after their own family name.

    They are capable of anything. All these insensitive monarchs. I think Saudi should be pronounced as Yahudi.

  • Asad Ali |

    @Indian Muslim,

    then bring back all Indians working there, who earn
    millions of US$ to feed their family in hungar-riddden
    nuclaer India.

    Your second suggestion is absolutely nonsensical, we
    should call Indian Hindus a Zionist Nazi human killers.

    You are so dysinformed, The Saudi famiuly call themselves
    ” Khaddam-e-Haramaien wa sharifein, Malik Abdullah which
    might be equal to 24 Maharajas of your country who thinks
    Rama incarnated. Take some more lessons on Arab/Islamic
    history, as its also concerned Hindustan !!

  • Asad Ali |

    @Adnan Siddiqi,

    we can use them, in case of “unavoidable situation”

    but we can use it against zionism, maximum possible,
    use their means to show your opiniuon about them,
    so that they can see with their owns eyes, that they
    are not anymore the ” only Nazi victims ” Palestinians
    are at present victims of Zionist Nazi agression.

  • Adnan Siddiqi |

    we can use them, in case of “unavoidable situation”

    that’s what I say. They have made us dependent on many things. It’s better to use their “weapons” and “tactics” against them rather acting emotionally.

  • Arshad Khan |

    @Asad Ali

    I think you live in Saudi Arabia may be you are the one dysinformed. I don’t think you should side with saudis when it is so obvious that Saudis with tons of money and people like Talal (can’t think of his whole name) who owns shares with Citi bank (i think in billions) are on the right path.

    Don’t forget they were in forefront in destroying Turkish based Khilafat in early 1900s and sided with British.

    Don’t forget they don’t let you stay in their country without visa even if you are muslim. Even though atleast Mecca and Medina belongs to Muslims not Arabs. Mecca and Medina might have belonged to Saudis or arabs 1400 hundred years ago.

    Now if you don’t see their luxurious and debaucheros way of life you are blind. So what if people have to go make a few reyals (almost as beggars) to live in “their” world which is controlled my the Rich and Powerful of this world with their banks (Running in totally corrupted “interests” e.g. compound, simple).

  • Arshad Khan |

    @ Asad Ali

    Replace above “live in “their” world which is controlled my the Rich and Powerful of this world with their banks (Running in totally corrupted “interests” e.g. compound, simple).” with this below

    survive in this world. A world whis is controlled by very few Rich and Powerful with their banks ( the banks running in totally corrupted “interests” e.g. compound, simple and etc)

  • farrah k raja |

    Arshad
    Regarding Saudis I have my criticism but let us not be jealeous that they are rich.
    I think Saudia should remain impartial.Their Supreme duty is to Kabba Shrief and Madina and they are doing a good job.
    Every year they host Billions of muslims from around the world and that is fantastic.
    Regarding them not giving nationality even to Muslims is excellent.I see it as a very wise act to protect Holy Land of and from Muslims.

    The only state which has got Shariat as a land of rule.Again excellent it is an ideal which provides basis for other countries that Shariat is practical.
    Regarding their luxurious life why not,exporters of oil to whole World should not be in rags.
    The examples of their charity are in all Islamic and non-Islamic countries.
    There are certain movements for Democracy in Saudi Arabia I dislike that.
    Their business with USA ,is just a business.Also do not forget Saddam himself was a threat to Saudia .Saddam was friends with Israel and USA.

  • farrah k raja |

    Indian Muslim
    “They are capable of anything. All these insensitive monarchs. I think Saudi should be pronounced as Yahudi.”
    Why Saudis are insensitive?
    I do not think so.Recently Saudi representative visited India to bring down the tensions between India and Pakistan.
    I think they are extremely wise.Only I cannot understand why they offered US soldiers to land in Saudia.
    The threat was Saddam perhaps.
    No they are Muslims and they Saudis and I am thankful to them that they are looking after Meccah and Madina so well.

  • Indian Muslim |

    Asad Ali.

    Firstly, it’s not my tehzib to call anybody nonsensical or any other such word. Still, I am replying as you have addressed me. Pull Indians back! Should I take your advice before airing my views and criticising these Saudis and other monarchs….who can’t neither buy peace with Israel nor force it through diplomacy to stop the killings of innocent kids.

    As far as work is concerned, they get cheap labour from sub-continent. Rizq is from Allah and one will get it. Your comment about Indian Hindus is out of place and out of context.

    They can call themselves Khuddam or Ghulam but this doesn’t take my right to criticise them. You do seem the spokesman of the House of Saud. Remember I have still used a decent word. Spokesman.

  • Khuram |

    This site is sponsored by Israel.So please do not waste your breath.You can check it in comments on ‘Venezuela expels Israeli Ambassador’ post.

  • Arshad Khan |

    @Farrah

    I don’t think I am jealous of Saudi Arabia. But may be I am if you say so for some reason but even if I am I am not criticizing it because of anysort of jealosy.

    I think they are doing good job because the are take money from you to do a good job.

    Saudis are Happy because they are good friends of England, USA and Israel, at least saudis think they are. Only reason west gives them the time of a day is because of Oil. While these leaders of Saudi arabia love to hold hands with them and kiss them on their lips.

    The world existed before we had the visa system and I guess there was “no” wisdom in that.

    The supreme duty you call of taking care of Kaba and madina should be everymuslim. It shouldn’t be in the hands of these corrupt monarchs.

    What kind of muslim are these who don’t even recognize that Interest is forbidden in Islam. I say that because they are supporting Banks and buying stocks in them and whatever else, it might make them rich and prosperous but what they are doing to the rest of the muslim world we can see.

    I am not saying only saudis are to blame but iranis, pakistanis, malaysian, turkish and etc as muslims are to blame for are own misery.

    I think the so called shariat is only for the poor but not for the kings and princesses. Don’t tell me look at when one of the king was assasinated by the brainwashed prince by americans was given justice by being killed.

  • Asad Ali |

    @ Arshad Khan,

    @Indian Muslim,

    Gentlemen,
    Saudis are not angels just like The merhoom ottoman
    empire, we perish in our own wrong doings, not going
    too far, what did the Moghuls ? Monarchs are everywhere
    the same, it took 2500 hundred years just to prove that
    monarchy is anti-God, but we keep on changing titles,
    clever Saudis say no we are not monarchy, Al-e-Saud
    reign on the territory, if they are removed, in only two
    weeks time the whole Saudi territory will be auctioned
    and given on lease to Americans, if they agree on
    leasing ? Iran will be the first one to attack and
    destroy the whole country in three days ?

    No, Sir, I don’t live in Saudia, I don’t intend to live
    in other culture than mine.

    Indian Muslim Bhai, I deeply appriciate your decency,
    you are very dear to me ! you have all the rights to
    criticise, but please give some priorities to good or
    bad ummah of today !

  • Asad Ali |

    @Farrah,

    I agree with your sincere and realistic
    appriciation, they are excellent organisers,
    by Allah’s miracle, this time during Hujj nothing
    happened !! the law abiding Saudi rule is an
    example for other ” muslim countries” having lawlessness
    as their current culture, it is horrible !!

  • Arshad Khan |

    @Asad Ali

    I don’t disagree aswell as a “realistic Pakistani” that there is not as much lawlessness in Saudi Arabia as opposed to Pakistan, even though I haven’t been there to personally see it in Saudia.

    I believe Pakistan is just as rich as Saudi Arabia (Having vast and veryrich farmlands, Coal in extereme amounts, natural Gas in extreme amounts, probably has some oil 2, Gold deposits were found in Balochistan i think recently though I am not sure about that) or even more but our incompetent leadership doesn’t make proper use of the resources unlike Saudi Arabia to benefit from it and also benefit average people of pakistan(unlike saudi).

    So my hat off to Saudis for the reason that they atleast benefit their own people with the Oil.

  • farrah k raja |

    Arshad Khan
    Sorry about writing do not be jealeous of Saudis, was said in humoreous sort of way!

  • farrah k raja |

    Thanks Asad!
    Arshad Khan
    I don’t disagree as well as a “realistic Pakistani” that there is not as much lawlessness in Saudi Arabia .
    There is no lawlessness in Saudi Arabia.Crime rate is zero which is so shocking for West ,shops full of gold and people leave them and attend to prayers.
    I think they have marvelled the modern architecture,spent billions to fascilitate pilgrims and their wealth is justified they have spent it on pilgrims,the cooling system and the canopies,everything is state of art.
    Not only that aeroplanes cannot fly above Kabba ,no building is said to have higher minarets than Kabba as well.
    There is a whole philosphy and sanctity of Islam which is inculcated by Saudis in looking after Islam and in practical demonstration of Islam.
    I think they are quite balanced in their relationship to Islamic world and Western,and it should be like that.
    Centre of Islamic World should not be isolated.We should not judge them from ordinary politics point of view.
    The more out of politics they stay and nuetral towards Islamic and Christian and rest of the World the better it is.

  • Arshad Khan |

    @Farrah k raja

    Ok. I haven’t done a study on Saudi Arabia. It is impossible that there is Zero crime rate there. I am sure there is some. All that beheading that goes on there for drug trafficking is not happening for nothing (we mostly hear beheading of Pakistanis).

    Millions of people go for Hajj and Umra every year. I am pretty sure Saudis don’t attend to them with the money from Oil. I think they must generate income from the Hajj and Umra as well (though I only suspect).

  • farrah k raja |

    Arshad Khan
    Crime rate is zero.Because of Capital punsihments that is where West becomes quite.The only criticism they have is now Woman Freedom.
    They do generate income from the pilgrims.
    The quality they provide is excellent.They run charities through out the world the biggest and most beautiful mosques are funded by them.
    Recently some translations and the preachers who study at Saudi university has come under criticism.This must not happen.

  • Asad Ali |

    @Arshad Khan,

    I have atleast 8 examples of lawfullness in Saudia
    witnessed by Europeans non-muslims cadres of Insurance
    entrepreneurs, although I was never in saudia, but when
    I heard the stories in utter stupe of spirits, I am
    still perplexed and could’nt believe it, I know many
    Pakistani “permanent” hajis don’t give a damn to this
    qualitatives, its very normal for them ! ah so what ?

    One thing, relentlessly enjoyable and pleasant is the
    total absence of dogs ( don’t get illusioned ) I was
    referring to the hounds politicians !!! ha hha ha ha ah.

  • Asad Ali |

    @Farrah,

    capital punishment also exist in Pakistan, but
    murders in Pakistan are multiplied by 170% more than
    Saudia, why ?? is urban Pakistan criminal ? or is it
    suburb Karachi, Lahore, hyderabad cities criminal ?
    where crime rate is beyond
    immagination, and PPP Govt. claimed 40% reduction in
    crimes, damn liars !!!
    My analysis is that saudi Govt is responsible and
    guarantees the social welfare, education, pension,
    widow funds, orphanges !!! employement and its benefits,
    every Saudis is more or less protected ! how about
    Pakistan ? women lib or freedom is not at all a decisive
    criteria, our culture is absolutely not a giver culture
    is only feudal-order, it has to be destroyed from the
    root.
    What were the beduins? found oil, cashed in and
    as you said, spent on their own people, good ! what did
    we do ?, don’t have oil, no cash, no spending, only
    stealing and corruption, our women folk is more liberal
    and freer than Saudis, what have they achieved since
    1959 ? with All Pakistan women Asso.1959 (apwa) asking
    our women to take off Dupatta so that they can have access
    to ” progress”, today they neither have progress nor
    the miserable dupatta, now they ask them to change kameez
    shalwar and dupatta, with jeans (tight)shirt with their
    ugly stereotype Barbie doll hairstyle, as if the makeup
    industry agresses innocent citizens. Is Pakistani
    women so naive and stupid so educated and yet guided &
    influenced by a pendoo illiterate PTV or FILM Director
    who is not even a diploma holder of simple sociology !

    Gosh, my tea is cold !!!

  • Asad Ali |

    @Farrah,

    have you any idea about any london based organisation
    connected with International Penal Tribunal to judge
    crimes against humanity or crime of war, like
    IPT Rwanda or IPT Ex-joguslavia apart from Amnesty Int.
    etc. after what Obama said about eventual trying those
    responsible for illegal or arbitraire secastration
    of inncocent in prisons (Guantanamobay), last saturday
    we are talking about a list of wanted as I am trying to
    reactivate IPT since 2003, I think the time is just for
    action, against the following Priciple responsibles :
    George W Bush
    Dick Cheney
    Paul Wolfowitz
    Richard Perle
    Donald Ramsfeld
    others !

    if you have any info from your side please do let me
    know and vice versa !!!

  • Arshad Khan |

    @Farrah

    I know you are trying to prove that Shariat system is best and can be implemented. I agree and I am sure that it lowers the crime rate even if it is not with in the absolute “shariat”. It is not absolute atleast because it is monarchy there if there was no monarchy I am sure the shariat system they have will work even better.

    Here is some info for you from wiki.

    In 1988, the murder rate in Saudi Arabia was 1.1 per 100,000 population, the rate of sexual offenses was 21.9 per 100,000 population, and the rate of theft offenses was 70.5 per 100,000 population.[11] In 2002, a total of 84,599 crimes were reported in Saudi Arabia which was 387 crimes for every 100,000 people.[5]

  • Asad Ali |

    @Arshad Khan,

    No, 1970 to 2000 the beheadings in Saudia were that
    of Somalians, Sudanese and very few Pakistanis, drugs
    and prostitution(sexual offenses) varys,

    the figures from wikipedia 1988 can not be confirmed,
    official Saudi version hav’nt seen, the period I
    mentionned was also not so reliable as it was given by
    at that time newsweek, Anyway today in Saudia the warnings
    are very disuasive. How can monarchy be hindering
    application of shariat law and order ?

    Manslaughter in Europe has the same consequences not very
    different than Saudia, but why is Saudia critcised ?
    same is the case with civil and penal jugements, many
    articles of Napoleonian code is based on Islamic laws.

  • Arshad Khan |

    @Asad Ali

    You ask How can monarchy be hindering
    application of shariat law and order ?

    This is what I think (remember I haven’t studied much about Sharia which might show below with the numbered reasons :)

    1. My opinion is that sharia should be in khilafa though I might be wrong.

    2. Monarchy is against Islam right. So I am sure there is some Law or laws against it in sharia. So if you can’t implement that law or laws then thats how there is hindering in the proper sharia implementation.

    3. This might be the same reason as second which is that how can kings implement the sharia when they don’t follow the basic rule of Islam (as i think it is) which is that there should not be monarchy and King and his chidren and his children’s children and so on shouldn’t be ruling a country.

  • Arshad Khan |

    @ Asad Ali

    So If I am right above then I am sure there must be other things that are not being implemented properly as well. so now don’t you think there is hindering in application of sharia?

    Allah knows best.

  • Azfar |

    how can u protest against so many things……..like take unilever as a exmple….it is supporting israel……..it has knorr,sunsilk,closeup,Lux,Lipton,blue band,lifebouy……….And other products like nestle,maggi……if we protest on all of them,,,,,,,,,,,then what do we eat……..or use as a material to bath or etc…………i jus need an answer from the protestor………..
