Letter to CJ from Naeem Bokhari

I would like to share a very interesting letter I just received on email, written by Supreme Court Advocate Naeem Bohkari addressed to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Mr. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. It is a definite ‘must read’ for all Pakistanis

Start quote
Justice Iftikhar Muhammad ChaudhryMr. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry
Chief Justice
Supreme Court of Pakistan
Islamabad
Pakistan

My Lord:

I write this letter as an Officer of the Supreme Court of Pakistan; as an Advocate enrolled in the apex Court since 1984 and in the High Courts since 1972; as an Attorney who has paid more income tax from his earnings in the legal profession than many of my friends, colleagues and seniors elevated to the Bench; and as a stake-holder in the dispensation of justice, intimately and vitally interested in the functioning of the Supreme Court.

Many judges who adorn the Bench in the Supreme Court and the High Court know me over decades, as a person endowed by nature with a pleasant disposition and acceptance of human failings. Towards the courts, my approach has always been of consistent and continuous display of respect and humility. I bow out of conviction, not compulsion. I use the words “My Lords”, because I want to, not because I have to. As an Attorney, I look up to the Court and want to see it on a high pedestal of dignity, compassion and justice, tempered with mercy.

I have seen my Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Hamood-ur-Rahman, Chief Justice Muhammad Yaqub Ali, Chief Justice S. Anwar-ul-Haq, Chief Justice Mohammad Haleem and how the Court functioned under them in the 1970s/1980s.

I witnessed the proceedings for the ouster of Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, became aware that the then Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, had ‘worked’ on some judges of the Supreme Court and saw the physical assault on the Court.

I was appalled at the manner in which Chief Justice Irshad Hasan Khan led the Supreme Court and pained at the insinuations against Justice Sheikh Riaz Ahmad, when he was the Chief Justice.

I was horrified by the establishment of a Bench of five judges constituted by Chief Justice Nazim Hussain Siddiqui to determine whether reduction in the retirement age for judges was constitutional or not. This was clearly designed to block your appointment. I was against the idea of Mr. Amirul Mulk Mengal being made the Chief Justice before you. Within the limits of my influence (which I readily admit to be very limited), I was totally for you to become the Chief Justice. Justice Javed Buttar is aware of my position, as is the Attorney General of Pakistan. The accelerated issue of the notification appointing you the Chief Justice put Justice Siddiqui’s move to rest.

I believed that you were vigorous, capable of lifting up the Supreme Court, creating an espirit-de-corps among your brother judges, restoring the dignity and grandeur of the apex Court, particularly considering the long tenure before you.

Alas this has not come about.

I am not perturbed by your insistence on protocol (despite my belief that the Chief Justice would rise in the eyes of everybody if he walked from his residence to the Supreme Court and hooters, police escort, flags is just fluff, not the substance of an office).

I am mildly amused at your desire to be presented a guard of honour in Peshawar. I am titillated by the appropriation of aMercedes-Benz car or is it cars, the use of the Government of the Punjab’s airplane to offer Fateha in Multan, to Sheikhupura for Fateha on a Government of the Punjab helicopter, to Hyderabad on a Government of the Sind’s plane for attending a High Court function, the huge amount spent in refurbishing the chamber and residence of the Chief Justice, the reservation for yourself of a wing in Supreme Court Judges guest house in Lahore, the permanent occupation by the Supreme Court of the official residence of the Chief Justice of Sind, who per force lives in the basement of his father’s house. As his class fellow in the Government College, Lahore, I can vouch that living in the basement will do him no harm.

I am not perturbed that Dr. Arsalaan (your son) secured 16/100 in the English paper for the Civil Services Examination, that there is a case against him in some court in Baluchistan, that from the Health Department in Baluchistan he has shifted to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), that he has obtained training in the Police Academy, that he reportedly drives a BMW 7-Series car, that there is a complaint against him with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

My grievances and protests are different.

I am perturbed that the Supreme Court should issue a clarificatory statement on his behalf. I am perturbed that Justice (Retd.) Wajihuddin Ahmed should be constrained to advise you on television that “people who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others”. I am perturbed that the Chief Justice should summon Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman to his chambers on Dr. Arsalaan’s account.

I am appalled that you announce decisions in Court, while in the written judgment an opposite conclusion is recorded.

In the Petition for leave to appeal filed by Dr. Sher Afghan Niazi, Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs (in which Respondent’s Counsels were Mr. Khalid Anwar and Mr. Qadir Saeed), you refused to grant leave in open Court and yet in the written order, leave was granted to Dr. Sher Afghan Niazi.

On 15-2-2007, Mr. Fakhruddin G. Ebrahim complained that in open Court you had accepted his appeal but dismissed the same in the judgement, subsequently recorded.

If Mr. Khalid Anwar, a former Minister of Law and Parliamentary Affairs, and Mr Fakrhuddin, Senior Counsel, are treated in this manner, the fate of lesser known lawyers would certainly be far worse.

My grievances also concern the manner in which the last and highest court of appeal is dispensing justice, under your leadership.

My Lord, the dignity of lawyers is consistently being violated by you. We are treated harshly, rudely, brusquely and nastily. We are not heard. We are not allowed to present our case. There is little scope for advocacy. The words used in the Bar Room for Court No. 1 are “the slaughter house”. We are cowed down by aggression from the Bench, led by you. All we receive from you is arrogance, aggression and belligerence. You also throw away the file, while contemptuously announcing: “This is dismissed”.

Yet this aggression is not for everyone. When Mr. Sharifuddin Pirzada appears, your Lordship’s demeanour and appearance is not just sugar and honey. You are obsequious to the point of meekness. So apart from violating our dignity, which the Constitution commands to be inviolable, we suffer discrimination in your Court.

I am not raising the issue of verbal onslaughts and threats to Police Officers and other Civil Servants, who have the misfortune to be summoned, degraded and reminded that “This is the Supreme Court”.

The way in which My Lord conducts proceedings is not conducive to the process of justice. In fact, it obstructs due process and constitutes contempt of the Supreme Court itself.

I am pained at the wide publicity to cases taken up by My Lord in the Supreme Court under the banner of Fundamental Rights. The proceedings before the Supreme Court can conveniently and easily be referred to the District and Sessions Judges. I am further pained by the media coverage of the Supreme Court on the recovery of a female. In the bar room, this is referred to as a “Media Circus”.

My Lord, this communication may anger you and you are in any case prone to get angry in a flash, but do reflect upon it. Perhaps you are not cognizant of what your brother judges feel and say about you.

My Lord, before a rebellion arises among your brother judges (as in the case of Mr. Justice Sajjad Ali Shah), before the Bar stands up collectively and before the entire matter is placed before the Supreme Judicial Council, there may be time to change and make amends.

I hope you have the wisdom and courage to make these amends and restore serenity, calm, compassion, patience and justice tempered with mercy to my Supreme Court.

My Lord, we all live in the womb of time and are judged, both by the present and by history. The judgement about you, being rendered in the present, is adverse in the extreme.

Yours faithfully,

Naeem BokhariNAEEM BOKHARI

I have been a fan of your programs but i think your observations are naive and limited to one institutions head alone.I wonder if your conscience would allow you to sleep at night because you are the equally responsible for the treatement metted out to him and his family by the goverment machinery.
I believe that you have vested interests and only time will tell who is right.

my dear lovely pakistanis….in my humble opinion even if the Pakistani President erred by not adopting the right procedure to send reference against CJP…..we should try to look forward & just hope the things settle down in a fashion which is best for the country….& if we have to make a choice between these two people, assuming both have done much good for the country in the past…….we should just look at this point who can do more good for the country in the future…..i.e. whose position, person & capacity can bring more dividends to the country……long live Pakistanis & Pakistan

I don’t want to discuss if Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is guilty on any or all charges, as the matter is already subjudice with the Supreme Judicial Council and commenting on it is unlawful. Let SJC decide, give a fair chance of defence to CJ and the results of inquiry be made public.
Advocate Naeem Bokhari has taken a courageous and bold step, raising the issue, if it is not for the sake of accusation and securing some interests of the government functionaries.
If he is really sincere, I would suggest Advocte Naeem Bokhari, the best way to address the issue, what your brother advocates and people of Pakistan feel and saying about you is to write a similar OPEN letter to the President of Pakistan, highlighting the misuse of Position and Power by other government functionaries and authorities for the past many years.

I do not know what to do laugh or cry at the naivety of the people who say that musharraf has done well and has rooted out corruption. According to independent organisations, the current set-up in Pakistan is the most corrupt government in the history of the country. Zia gave us hypocrisy, heroin and Kalashnikovs and Musharraf has given suicide bombers. NABs only job is to victimise politicians, who are against Musharraf and corrupt individuals with corruption cases in the courts have been made ministers. The corruption and loot being done by the Khakis is unimaginable for the ordinary people of the country.

Look at jokers like Durrani and Wasi Zafar. Jokers have been made ministers in the country. They come on TV, shamelessly lie and abuse judges, journalists and anybody they feel like. I am really disgusted the way these two jokers are insulting the intellect of the people of Pakistan. Jhoothe Par Khuda Ki Lanat.

I personally feel no sensible Pakistani will support your irresponsible “remarks” about his ex-wife and family life and you have no right to question publically about it.

  15. Muhammad Nadeem Avatar

    Dear Mr. Muhammad Masood Alam

Thank You so much for applying intrest on my little note above. Yes You are rit that I should give little respect to Bokhari. The respectwas there, I know this Political PIMP in person from past many years. He is wrong in what he have done.

My Brother You have been sitting in canada, I was there on the 13th of March when Our Great CJ Mr. Ifftikhar Muhammad Was bought to the SC You know what happend let me tell you these Police guys pulled his Wife and Daughters from there Car and brought them on road and while all this was going there meadia was there too and This Is on record.

Is this what we do with CJ? Was this the reward given to him by the Paki Government for being the CJ and spending his life in the Gov? Is this the reward that the is being given to him for stopping that Steel Mill sell case? Is this the reward for him for asking about the lost people? Is this the reward for being on the side of poor public of Pakistan? Or was it the reward for opening the doors of SC to those who cant get Justic in the lower courts in the all 4 provinces?

What was that? May be you have an answer or any one else?

One other thing I have mentioned that above too that where was This PIMP

The petitions were filed against the below mentioned people which includes claims that: (Copied Post # 57)

    * Air Chief Marshal Abbas Khattak (retired) received Rs180 million as kickbacks in the purchase of 40 old Mirage fighters.
    * Air Chief Marshal Farooq Feroz Khan was suspected of receiving a 5 per cent commission in the purchase of 40 F-7 planes worth $271 million.
    * In 1996, the Pakistan Army bought 1,047 GS-90 Jeeps at a cost of $20,889 per unit. The market value of the vehicle then was only $13,000. According to the National Accountability Bureau, some senior army officers made Rs 510 million in the deal.
    * One hundred and eleven army men got 400 plots in Bahawalpur and Rahimyar Khan districts at throwaway prices Rs 47.50 per kanal (1/8th of an acre) as against the market rate of Rs15,000-20,000. Six respondents got 400 kanals in Punjab, while former NAB chairman Lt Gen Mohammad Amjad was allotted a two-kanal plot on Sarwar Road in Lahore for just Rs 8,00,000, payable in instalments over 20 years. The market value of this plot was Rs 2 crore.
    * Gen Pervez Musharraf acquired a commercial plot worth Rs 2 crore at the Defence Housing Authority in Lahore for just Rs 1,00,000, payable in 20 years. “As mentioned in the report of defence services director-general, a loss of Rs 5 billion was incurred due to such allotments, the petition says.
    * The army awarded a contract for the purchase of 1,000 Hino trucks at $40,000 a unit when the local Gandhara Industries had offered trucks of the same specification for $25,000 a piece.
    * In the purchase of 3,000 Land Rovers in 1995, army officials allegedly received around Rs20,00,000 as kickbacks.
    * The army management at the Water and Power Development Authority purchased electric meters at Rs 1,050 a piece against the market price of Rs 456, causing a loss of Rs 165 crore to the national exchequer.
    * A former military regime sold the Pak-Saudi Fertilizers for Rs 700 crore and earned a Rs 200 crore commission on the deal.
    * In 1996, the Pakistan Navy spent Rs 1.3 crore on installing air-conditioners at the Islamabad Golf Club without any justification.

I hope now you may understand that what was the reason for opposing this PIMP so much.

At the END I will request you all please pray for the SUccess of CJ I. Muhammad C. May Allah Bless Him.

I wonder if some people are not satisfied with Musharraf’s Government, then what are they expecting that Allah would send some Angel to rule this nation. Even he would fail because these people fail to see between dark greys & light greys. Besides, if any other leader comes from all the hundreds who are presently there on our political canvas, do they think he would perform better tha Musharraf. Would he be more democratic, would he give more respect & independence to Judiciary, would he really lower the prices, would the poor have lesser problems, would the trickle down effect start taking place at a higher speed, would he have a greater plan to develop the country, would he adopt a better method to eliminate extremists, fundamentalists, suicide bombers & terrorists, would he have better relations with the world. So come on pakistanis have a heart, you should be thankful to Allah that He has sent a better leader than we have had in the past, a leader having the likes of Mahatir or some other great leader. If we don’t appreciate that & be grateful To Allah, maybe He’ll take him away & we would have to suffer in the the hands of much more corrupt, selfish & demonic leader & his team. Remember even thousand upon thousand Prophets were not recognised of their goodness by the people, here its only a simple human like Musharraf who you might be failing to see the goodness in. And then remember what happened to those nations who failed to see the goodness in such good leaders & didn’t cooperate & followed rather who always saw the few mistakes committed by those good leaders & didn’t see the whole lot of good things they had done or were trying to do. Have a heart & Wake up Pakistanis. May Allah bless Pakistanis with prudence & wisdom.

In these modern times, especially because of media & internet growth, it has become so very easy to spread cynicism & scepticism by manufacturing conspiracy theories, that it has become all the more difficult to discern between right & wrong. But, I guess, still the more educated know that things or governments can never be perfect. One must only see the number of ‘goods & the bads’ of people, things & goverments, & if ‘the goods’ are even just a little more than ‘the bads,’ then it must be called good, & vice versa.

It is not taking contempt notice when the government machinery is defaming the CJ and passing personel comments on the CJ. Mr Javed Iqbal, you could be next. BE ware.

The president has to go..but with him has to go the shameless corrupt judicial system that has not changed and gives protection to every henious crime that happens on the street.

was there or is there any justice in pakistan ? The judiciary is one of the most corrupt set-up in Pakistan.

Every criminal has been set-free by this judiciary and poor people have been sent behind bars without proofs. Our archives and history is full of stories where this very Judiciary has played demonistic games with our people and the new generation.

Unfortunately a lot of advocates are enrolled without knowing their law education. The darama played by the advocates against the government was by those advocates who comes to do politics only. There are thousands advocate who deserve to be advocates. In my view, while registering an advocate, a strict entry test of the advocate should be conducted.

    Asalamo Alikum!
“The actual cause of the current judicial crises is the non-Islamic constitution and the lack of implementation of Islam”
I would not just talk about the symptoms of the problems and about the personalities rather I would like to talk about the roots of the problems and how to get out from these problems.

In fact Pakistans secular constitution is full of un-Islamic articles. One such example is the article 209 of the constitution under which Musharraf has filed the reference against Chief Justice. The source of this current judicial crisis is also this prevailing system and the constitution, which sidelines the divine Ahkam of Allah (swt) and declares the limited human wisdom to be the source and origin of legislation. Had the Islamic laws relating to judiciary been implemented, no such crises would have erupted. According to the current constitution, a common man has to depend on the consent of the President or the Chief Justice to be able to account and start a judicial proceedings against the judges of Supreme Court and High Courts, who then by their own wishes may or may not send a reference to the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) for inquiry. Moreover, the proceedings are held in-camera (closed doors) and the masses cannot witness it. Whereas, in the Khilafahs judicial system; the process of accountability is very simple, quick and transparent. In Islam there are no sacred cows and absolutely no one is above the law. In Islam, accountability process is same for a ruler, a judge or a government functionary. Hence a person does not need any specific permission or rulers reference to legally account them or initiate a legal hearing. Rather a person can go to any Qadi Madhalim directly and file a case against another Judge, a government functionary or a ruler and thereby account him. Consequently, the ruler does not become a party to the case nor fingers are pointed towards them. As for the issue of in-camera (closed door) proceedings, it is also against the Islamic laws. Since the proceedings in issues related to unwarranted use of authority and corruption are held in open court and the masses and the media are free to witness it. As the people do not trust the government, there is allot of anxiety and scepticism regarding the proceedings. Another idiocy of the current system is that the Supreme Judicial Council does not have the mandate of a court nor its decision is binding on the President. What more of a mockery can there be of a judicial process. In Islam the courts are completely independent in their decision and even the Khaleefah can not change their decisions nor does any other court has the authority to change the judgments based on its interpretations. Moreover, according to the current Pakistani law, if an FIR (First Information Report) is registered against any accused he is to be thrown in jail under the guise of judicial remand and if he does not possess the means to arrange for the bail-bond he has to spend years after years behind bars irrespective of the fact whether the FIR was factual or based on a lie. In Islam, an accused cannot be sent behind bars merely on suspicion. Consequently, the mistreatment of Chief Justice was in fact due to the same corrupted mindset where an accused is almost a guilty person and mistreating him is not a big deal. During the current crises the Chief Justice must also have fully realised by his personal experience how barbaric and cruel Kufr law he had been implementing over the people for years! People have full cognises of the fact that even if the Chief Justice is made functional once again, no relief for the oppressed masses can be expected. This can be said with conviction because the same oppressive system was implemented in the past and the Chief Justice never declared it un-Islamic or unconstitutional. Musharraf government wishes to crush every dissenting voice and even the weakest opposition through brutal commando action. Our problems will never be solved and the Ummah will continue to face one crisis after another until Islam is implemented comprehensively. The need of the hour is that we establish a Khilafah, which would implement Islam in totality. Only in this scenario, the problems of the masses will be solved and the Ummah will rise again with strength and power.

I hope you all will seriously think about it and would let me know about your views and opinions.

Why Naeem Bukhari is quiet now. is he satisfied now? The removal of whole judiciary depicts that the letter and lateral scenarios were not against the Cheif Justice only. But it was against the most respectable institution of a nation. Pakistan Army especially the president and his hounds always want to establish their monoply on looting its own nation in moral, constitutional and monetary grounds.

Mr. Naeem Bukhari ! time has proved that writing this letter was the biggest blunder of your life. I hope you learn by your past, writing this letter has clearly prompted that you have been a bad person throughout your life, but I hope you will change yourself. “Be Good” forget the past, do good things without the demand of any reward, “Nature” will reward you.

No one is Bad in law and politics; the string of events and the circumstances just weigh the situation and in the end we realize that no one was good.
Justice Iftikhar may not be bad somethings must have trigerred such behaviour. One reaps what one soes time caught up to him and he faced difficulties in the future. As for Naeem Bokhari he has always been the outspoken type and that causes harm to him in the long run. I rest my case My Lord!!

I did my L.L.B in 1993-1994 from CITY LAW COLLEGE LAHORE , which is Naeem Bokhari’s institution. I was a bit curious to know what’s happening regarding his letter that he wrote. I went through a number of remarks that people wrote in this community I was shocked to know that how come people could say such vicious things without having any proof or confirmation. I also read a very harsh remark from a person that Naeem Bokhari had his eyes on the female students and his character is bla bla bla . I , being a female student of that College know for sure that there was a clearly expressed rule that female students were never allowed to meet Mr.Naeem in his office , instead the female students had to take an appointment so that they may be able to see him in the COLLEGE LIBRARY everybody knew and so did I. My statement can be confirmed by any CITY LAW COLLEGE Student of 1993-1994 session with ease. Unfortunately, there was another blame on him which was that he had got billions and many plots so to speak of , as far as I know Naeem Bokhari he was never fond of MONEY as such because in CITY LAW COLLEGE LAHORE in 1993-1994 session I got to know that about 30% TO 50% of the students were studying in that COLLEGE for FREE without any charges and this shows quite clearly that he wasn’t into money and still he is living in a house which is on rent and did not get ANY PROPERTY IN PAKISTAN AND NIETHER DOES HE OWN ANY PROPERTY ELSEWHERE like most of our politicians and bureaucrats . I was astonished to see the foul language that people wrote for him as if they are dead souls which can just speak and have no fear of God. People are still so damn confused regarding MR Naeem’s X-wife and just say stuff when even they themselves are not conform. IF people believe that Naeem’s X-wife could possibly sit in the lap of our famous Pakistani politician Mr. NAWAZ SHARIF as written by saeed on 10th of march, in one of the articles then we can imagine the shameful and degraded caliber of our so called great politicians who are hooking up with the wives of others and how on earth can this be attributed to him as his (Naeem Bokharis) crime?there is moh nadeem, who gave us the detail of many corruption of many people,I request him pl find sir naeem”s pimping mony, plots, any job or any sort of benefit which he received.that would be his great favour for our nation. when I read Abdullah’s comment, I personally called his office, to ask why did you refuse to talk to Dr shahid masood, and I was shocked to hear his ans.he said no one on his behalf, or he him self contacted me. so how can I refuse, he added according to HAMED mir naeem bokhari has left the country with his family, and that’s what he announce on ,one of his program. he said leave it beta now they will attribute all sort of elzamaat ,time will prove whether I was wrong or right.
We can say that the letter is wrong or incorrect but then even if we want to say that this letter was written on saying of such and such person ,the Issue is, was that written material true or false and even if it was false then from 16th February to 9th March Mr.CJ was still CJ and amazingly still CJ did not take any action against the allegations .{and still our nation is waiting for his answer} The question is that if that letter had put false allegations on CJ then why didn’t he charge Naeem Bokhari for CONTEMPT OF COURT as some people say that the allegations were very tiny for the CJ’s level there is a Punjabi saying “CHORI LAKH DEE HOWAY YA KAKH DheEE , CHORI CHORI HONDI HAI” But for SIR naeem ,major complain was his behaviour, his decision, verbaly he was giving one decision and written some thing else. I request you people before going to any conclusion do some research, go in to the detail, naeem’s allegations about behaviour, difference between written and verbal decisions are true or false. Check fakhruddin ji remarks and many more. I my self feel{ I could b wrong }we can say dictator or any wardee walla is not acceptable, but by saying this you can not make any one out of the restriction of law or his boundries, whether its CJ,PRESIDENT,PRIME MINISTER, or an ordinary man, every body is answerable. yes we do not want dictator, but we want pharos cjs, minister, police, bosses?
No doubt the police handled the CJ roughly. But for that we should abuse NB,wow, but then again when the police wanted to escort him , to the supreme court safely when there was a security risk {although he was fond of using BMW and helicopters with full protocol} thus why did he insist to go to the supreme court on foot and that also on that very day which is quite bewildering for me as why did the police mishandle the CJ {any conspiracy} amazingly on the same time he had chosen to go to the court on foot??? Yes police has no right to push or pull or degrade any one, I want my answer of this Q, I m cj or any big authority so I will not obey any order I will do what I want to do. whether it create law and order situation.
People say that why did Naeem Bokhari choose CJ Iftikhar for this letter there are other corrupt judges as well. Everything is dealt differently in different times maybe in my opinion you tend to fix the damaged corners of your own community before looking at others. Still I shall say clearly that I am not defending, not because I cant but because we will only get to know the right and wrong through time in simple words time will give the answer. But one request as you have the right to go to in that extend that you feel that this is your right to abuse or use such shame full foul language which any shareef person will never repeat. then please give this liking or disliking right to MR NAEEM BOKHARI ALSO.

Naeem Bukhari has wrongly used Mr.Khalid Anwer’s name when he has nothing to do with this issue he should check his facts before putting anything in print

Faiza bibi, this is very unfair,NB did not mension mr khalid anwar’s name as he has nothing to do with this letter.NBjust gave the REF of that case in which respondent’s counsels was MR KHAKLID ANWAR AND MR QADIR SAEED.I THINK I SHOULD COPY THOSE LINES FROM NB ‘S LETTER.THAT WAS, THE DECISION IN COURT,WHILE THE WRITTEN JUDGMENT AN OPPOSITE CONCLUSION IS RECORD, THE PETITION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL FILED BY DR SHER AFGAN IN WHICH CORESPONDENT’S COUNSELS WAS MR KHALID ANWAR AND MR QADIR SAEED ,YOU REFUSE TO GRANT IN OPEN COURT AND WRITTEN ORDER LEAVE WAS GRANTED ,and thats all . court matters are always on the record and you or any one can check it for their satisfaction.if you be grudge with pation that means you have already made up your mind.AS always the truth is lost some where in the middle.

none can be deprived from expressing his views, especially when the views are delivered about his own concerning field however to check bonafide or malafide on the subject is a testing filed of the fellows of the commenting person. We must be patient to hear conflicting views, we must keep balance our tolerant behaviour. After laps of a considerable period no judicial action has been taken against Mr. Bokhari. A contempt application has already been withdrawn meaning by that the author's stand is uncorrabted.

I am a fan of Naeem Bukhari and what he said about the CJ is quite acceptable even without investigation. Most of the top bureaucrats in Pakistan are like this. I appreciate his courage to highlight such a thing.

People in this blog who have supported the CJ are not from normal people like us . It can be easily said that we are in the habit of forgiving top guys and screwing normal people.

I can write a lot but have lost the will to do so as in our country things are hopeless and for Naeems comments on CSS exams I totally agree with him as they are …………….. this country is ruined because of the army and bureaucrats.
