Nawaz Sharif Convicted for 5 years

Congratulations Pakistan

It’s been a long hard struggle which truly started with MQM / Altaf Hussain in 2013 and we were handed the Panama papers in 2015 and this movement finally culminated today with the conviction of Nawaz Sharif

Many critics will find it hard to accept that it has been Imran Khan’s commitment and perseverance which has finally led us to this moment of conviction for Nawaz Sharif – IK had promised us a Naya Pakistan and the struggle to unseat these behemoths has not come easy, could you have imagined all this to happen back in 2013 – mashallah Imran Khan delivered on many fronts – true genuine opposition actually strengthens democracy — PTI fought the battle on the streets, but at same time stood back at some extremely critical junctions to allow judiciary to take over and cast the final decision – Justice in our society must remains Supreme

PML-N’s Weak and Frivolous Economic Managers = Pakistan’s Economic Woes

An article by Dr Ashfqaue Khan (Principal and Dean NUST School of Social Sciences and Humanities) published in Business Recorder – “Pakistan is currently facing one of the worst economic challenges of its history. Almost eight years of continued economic misgovernance have severely damaged the economy beyond recognition. Weak and frivolous economic managers, ministers and Apna Admi culture (cronyism)” have not only damaged the economy but also destroyed key economic institutions/ministries” – LINK

JKT refutes Pervaiz Rasheed’s baseless accusations, with Evidence

On Sunday during the coverage of PTI Jalsa in Gujranwala, Pakistan Information Minister Pervaiz Rasheed addressed a press conference accusing PTI / Imran Khan and specifically PTI Secretary General Jahangir Tareen for misusing his public limited company JDW aircraft for personal usage of Imran Khan to commute across the country for his campaigning.

Perviaz Rasheed went on record to accuse that JKT nor PTI had paid for the travel and instead the expenses were borne by the shareholders of the public limited company.   The hour long press conference by the Information Minister (preferably known as DisInformation Minister) was taken at face value by the media and run by all media houses as a genuine fact driven accusation.

Within an hour, JKT immediately countered the accusations on twitter

Another rigged election?

Rigged Elections in PakistanGuest Blog by By M. Fahid Saleem

These are the most important elections in the history of country, this will determine the destiny of Pakistan” said different politician and pundits before elections. Unfortunately, the post election debate which should have been focused on its results and its policy implication on Pakistan’s future is surrounded by rigging allegations by every party (PML in Sindh, JUI-F in KPK, Nationalist in Baluchistan and Sindh, PTI in Punjab, PPP in Punjab and other provinces, JI in Karachi etc.)

So much have been written and shown on TV however ECP is convinced that these were free and fair elections. As a business student I did some analysis on election results of ten seats in Lahore (NA-118 to NA-127).

Total number of register voters in most of these ten national assembly seats have no difference with the total number of register voters in their respective provincial assembly seats except in three constituencies (NA-123, NA-124 & NA-126). Number of registered voters in these NA constituencies is greater than their respective provincial seats (68, 2590, 150 respectively). However, unfortunately there is not a single constituency where total number of votes polled for NA is equal to its respective provincial seats. Difference ranges from minus 7055 (Votes polled on respective pp seats are more than that of NA seat) to positive 2841 (Votes polled on NA seat is more than its respective provincial seats). Though the total number of votes polled on most of NA seats were more than their respective PP seats except in case of NA-125 and NA-127, where total votes polled at NA are less than their respective PP seats (4600 and 7055 respectively). Every voter polls two votes, one for NA seat and other one for provincial seat; it means total number of votes polled in NA should be equal to their respective provincial assembly seats. How is this possible a person voted for provincial candidates but not for NA candidates and vice versa? I think ECP is in the best position to answer this question.

Tax Amnesty Bill is a Scam

Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf Imran Khan termed the Tax Amnesty Bill a scam and said he will go to the Supreme Court if the bill is approved by the parliament. Imran Khan made these remarks while addressing a press conference in Islamabad. He blamed that the Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz had tax evaders within their rank and file.

Crooks provide Tax Amnesty to each other to help Contest the Elections

Tax Evaders Sharif ZardariPML & MQM have again helped PPP & each other pass the Tax Amnesty Bill – allowing Parliamentarian Tax evaders to get an easy sneak pass ECP into Elections by paying 40,000

“It was almost binned because of opposition from two key political parties, the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). But then, according to sources, they softened their stance to appease urban voters, who are expected to be the main beneficiaries”

This has nothing to do with “appeasing urban voters” its a strategy by the MukMuka parties helping their top looters an opportunity to contest the elections and loot us all over again

Be aware – be forewarned – the upcoming 60 days they will polish their shoes and shine their foreheads to look good but deep down they are just the same rotten crooks – PPP – PML-N – MQM – JUI-F – PML-Q – ANP

Express Tribune: Amnesty scheme: Rs40,000 to help tax evaders wipe a Rs5m slate clean

Horse Trading in Full Swing at Raiwind Stables

Horse Trading in PakistanFor FIVE years horses were on one side of the fence – in preparation for the next five years the horses are slowly stumbling over the fence to be with the NEW OWNERS at Raiwind horse stables

Best part is that it slowly seems that the Horse Stables are getting full at Raiwind – its always been “fun collecting” but when they “start demanding” that is when we shall start seeing another Deja Vu of the PPP slogan “Democracy is the best revenge

Truly I’m quite happy to see this horse trading circus. Sharif’s might be ecstatic “playing politics” but its the greedy form of politics that is being exposed – trading in, the same political behemoths that have individually destroyed Pakistan for the past 25 years to take them for another tenure – could not be more criminal

It shall be the power of EACH VOTER to see if he realizes that these are the exact same people that have destroyed Pakistan since literally 1988 – PPP has ruled for about 14 years and PML for 17 years (CM & PM) – for a combined total of 31 years – is an experiment that needs to be exposed. VOTE WISELY

Govt of Punjab has “Dangerous Liaisons” with Banned outfit LeJ

PML supports LeJPITY the nation where the blood of innocents comes cheap and murderers live under state patronage …. Govt of Punjab harbors LeJ leaders and supports them with a monthly stipend under the pretext of an electoral adjustment … Pity the nation that ignores this state sponsored alliance of terrorism on its people – DAWN: Dangerous liaison

PML gets PWNED: ASWJ admits to having electoral alliance with PML-N

PML-N Supports ASWJAfter abundant attempts by PML to deny reports of any association between PML-N & ASWJ (formerly banned outfit SSP) an investigative report by The News reveals that ASWJ has indeed been in talks with PML-N for at least 15 seat adjustments in South Punjab. It should be noted that LEJ-ASWJ-SSP admit to murdering over 700 Shia Muslims and have admitted to making Baluchistan a graveyard for the shia which included the recent Shia Hazara attacks in Quetta

The News: Well-informed circles in the ASWJ (previously the SSP) confirmed that following extensive discussions, the two parties had agreed to have seat adjustments in the general election on at least 15 seats of the National Assembly from South Punjab where they would not field candidates against each other.

Two former key leaders of SSP, Maulana Mohammad Ahmed Ludhianvi and Malik Mohammad Ishaq, who are currently the president and vice president of the ASWJ respectively, are all set to run for two National Assembly seats from the South Punjab in the coming polls, with the support of the PML-N.

Feisal Naqvi - PML supports Shia KillingFeisal Naqvi follows it up with an op-ed in Express Tribune “The Unholy Alliance

The PML-N has denied Mr Mir’s report as it had denied an earlier report to the same effect in The Express Tribune. Unlike the Tribune, Mr Mir has issued a response to the PML-N’s denial in which he has reasserted his contention. He has noted that he had filed his report after getting the PML-N’s version from a member of that party’s central executive committee, that the PML-N and the ASWJ had jointly contested a by-election on a Punjab Assembly seat for Jhang in March 2010, and that Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah had openly campaigned for a PML-N candidate in 2010 along with Maulana Ludhianvi (a leader of first the SSP and now the ASWJ). Mr Mir has also noted that the Government of Punjab has admitted paying a monthly stipend to the family of Malik Ishaq — the vice-president of the ASWJ, allegedly a founder of the LeJ, and an accused in at least 43 different cases for the murder of over 70 people. As noted by The Express Tribune and other newspapers, witnesses who appear against Mr Ishaq tend to die suddenly.

But what really PWNED PML-N today was The News’s follow up report by Amir Mir Defunct SSP chief confirms talks with PML-N” where he interviewed ASWJ leader Maulana Muhammad Ahmed Ludhianvi, saying the PML-N was in talks with him for seat adjustments in the general elections.

When pointed out that the PML-N spokesman Senator Pervez Rasheed has strongly refuted recent media reports about an agreement on seat adjustments between his party and the ASWJ, Maulana Ludhianvi observed: “What can I say. They are in fact weak people who can’t stand up to pressures. They apparently lack the ability to stay firm in difficult times. And it is convenient for them to change their stance under the changing circumstances, They were the ones to have sought our support to win elections and by-elections in the past and we will take a decision on the issue when the time comes while keeping in view their position at that time”.

As much as PML wanted to slide this issue unnoticed it seems that the cat is out of the bag – they are fully supporting a banned terrorist unit which has claimed responsibility to have killed Hazara Shia supporters in Quetta

PML partnering with ASWJ for 15 election seats

Lej and PMLWhile the Federal government wants the Punjab government to launch a massive crackdown on the Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) and defunct Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan (SSP) for the Shia Hazara Killings in Quetta – the Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif is unlikely to oblige. The main reason is a seat-to-seat adjustment deal between the PML-N and Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) for the upcoming elections on at least 15 seats of the National Assembly from South Punjab where they would not field candidates against each other. PML Blooper Cell Photoshops Crowds for Shahbaz Sharif

Printed in the Lahore edition of Express Urdu & also in NawaiWaqt Lahore on 21st Feb 2013 – It seems that PML Media cell found it embarrassing to promote a barren picture of a rally and felt the need to manipulate the image and then fool the news-desks to report these images on the front pages of their respective newspapers in Lahore – When one comes across the actual picture its hilarious to note how desperate PML-N is to appease itself to the Lahore crowd that it is popular when in fact its a far cry from a house full “Mammoth rally”

Another case of Lifafah Blooperism Exposed – enjoy the laughs

UPDATE: To add more authenticity of the UNdoctored image – we were able to locate the undoctored image published in the 21st Feb edition of Naibaat Newspaper on its back page

“Staged Photoshoot” Blooper by Drama-e-Ala

A Set of images floated by PML-N Social Media team trying to show Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif standing amongst the people buying a Metro Ticket himself. Rummaging through the album posted on the Chief Ministers Facebook page some observant PTI supporters spotted an interesting blooper – two pictures caught their attention where Shahbaz Sharif is standing in line – the adjacent picture then shows the lineup jumbled up

Observe the shuffled subjects namely A-B-C-D

Subject A – moves from being in front of the line to being behind the Chief Minister
Subject B – The Chief Minister himself moves backward in the line (notice that he is standing ahead of the glass door in the first picture but in the next picture he moves behind it?
Subject C – Disappears from the line
Subject D – Being absent in the first picture emerges to the front of the line

It is evident that this was a photoshoot session was geared up for the Chief Minister to be seen promoting his humbleness it seems that after the first picture the subjects were called to reassemble in line and a few accidentally forgot their lineup – most bystanders would fall for this trickery but two accidentally posted images prove that this is an orchestrated shoot – Another example of a Drama by Drama-e-Ala

4th Case of Yellow Tribunism, “PML-N, ASWJ Reach Consensus” story deleted

PML Story deleted by Express TribuneIts interesting to note how easy it is for a tabloid newspaper to conveniently delete a news story from its website without even bothering to offer an explanation or justification – Express Tribune today (18th Feb) has been caught (Again) to have deleted the fourth story that was published in its Print edition (e-paper link) but the story has been entirely removed from its online website

This latest story was another expose on the potential election alliance between PML-N and the banned outfit Ahle Sunnat Wali Jamat where PML-N is planning not to contest against ASWJ on three National Assembly seats – all in the name of Politics while the same banned outfit is known to support Shia killing.

All four stories were hard hitting reports against the PML-N and we have documented each deletion, seems like our efforts are paying off in exposing Tribune and its bias towards PML-N

  1. PML-N’s – ‘Like’ my Facebook page News Item [DELETED]
  2. Express Tribune deletes another PML-N exposé News Item
  3. Third Tribune Article against PML Deleted “PML-N, ASWJ”

A closer examination of all four stories we notice a common factor where the author of all four were by a political reporter Abdul Manan  – Abdul Manan has been writing for Express Tribune since April 7th 2010 and a quick calculation reveals that he writes regularly and has over 750+ news reports for the Tribune under his name.  He has written about every political party and many have been hard hitting & damaging articles as well. But when it comes to PML-N, the Express Tribune web desk is quick to delete the stories without offering any explanation and it may well be after some heated phone calls from Raiwind.

Some critics point out that these reports by Abdul Manan are inaccurate so were rightfully removed, my question then stands, Coincidentally why does it only happen to hard hitting stories regarding PML-N, that such reporting inaccuracies are deleted without any explanation, the print edition editorial board finds these stories pertinent enough to let them be printed, but within a few hours the web desk in turn finds them erroneous to delete – despite the three prior incidents the journalist continues to write for Express Tribune and no action is taken against him. If Abdul Manan is misreporting facts then who are these errors only related to news stories related to PML & ASWJ? Many questions and the fourth incident is proof enough that there is foul play to hide facts – Prime case of Yellow Tribuninsm by Express Tribune
